is it possible that a customer gets faq question possibilities but can ask exact questions himself and then gets an answer based on it ? ( So that you train the bot also on a database that you enter before so that the answers seem very natural ? ). To the answers of the bot then again automatic faq possibilities on which he can click like for example : Question XYZ - Answer from bot XYZ / Available possibility 1 : "Was this answer helpful ?" Available Possibility 2: "No load more".
