@@codygetchell do you have issues when prospects send multiple replies before the next answer? Im working on transitioning to the internal conversational AI as it reads the whole conversation rather than the last or first message
@@ASCARMY The connection I show here uses chat gpt, it has a memory key so it is reading the full conversation. As for the issue of receiving multiple responses, you could put a delay to the response to avoid issues with that.
Thanks for this video. Im stuck right now in zapier with the chatgpt action. None of the highlevel fields are coming up so I cant match the message body of memory key
You have tocreate a custom field inside GHL called "response" , and then refresh your zap connection, it will show up then and you can then map it. I show it at minute 7:08.
@@codygetchell I misspoke. Yes custom field. I created the custom field however the ''request A'' doesn't actually pull and contact data from GHL at all. It just says no request found
I wonder what's the best way to manage customers that send double or even triple text messages? It seems Ai with this setup only would recognise the first text Cody?
Yes you'll have the problem where it generates a response to each text which is unnatural. I solved this with a separate workflow which captures all of their text messages into a custom field and then waits 30 seconds since their final text to send it over all as one message so it can respond to all of them at once

Question. I set this up adn works great. But once the contact responds once, the sequence ends, and they no longer get the AI responses. What can I do to keep them in the workflow until they book an appointment or not
Sounds like your issue is you need to change the settings in the workflow to allow people to re-enter. Go to the ai chatbot workflow--> settings then it’s just a switch that says allow contacts to reneter

Does anyone know how I would set a max # of messages the AI would send back and forth with a user? I am worried that someone might have unlimited conversations with the AI, and run up the charges.
You could create an iterator inside of GHL (a custom value storing a number) which you add the number 1 to every time the bot responds. Then you just need an if/else statement where if that number exceeds your set amount of messages it will disengage the bot

where is the chatgpt promt? Not seeing it?
How does this do against conversation AI or using GHL gpt direct in the workflow instead of zapier ?
In our tests it outperforms it, we have more control, the memory key works ect so it just allows us to get better results.

Hi Cody can you share the Prompt you use...so that I can recreate it.. hoping to use it as a Model... TIA
Thanks Cody!
Glad it helped!
Why are you not using the in-built conversational AI in highlevel?? Also does this work with social media responses within Highlevel e.g. Instagram?

Found the solution. I had to enter a contact into the workflow and ensure that it reached the webhook function to send the test data to zapier
Is there a way to change the AI language per lead file, from English to Spanish just for that one lead?
Do you think GHL chatbot will become best chat bot on market??
Where is the link to the prompt so I can plug and play
I wonder what's the best way to manage customers that send double or even triple text messages? It seems Ai with this setup only would recognise the first text Cody?
Nope, the chat gpt 4 Zap app has a memory key so it remembers and references the past messages. I show the memory key at minute 12:00 .

As far as I know you can't set a stop on number of messages sent, you can disengage the bot tho by deleting the tag but thats a manual action.
