I heard this on the radio today and knew it was TThomason before I knew Sarah was the duet. Beautiful pairing, beautiful song ... so touching, I love. Thank you
This song resonates with so many people, including me--and the video is a delight. I think everyone should take three minutes and a bit every day and watch it. We won't discuss how many times I have watched it. It makes my heart happy. A perfect song for our time. xo
I came here obviously to listen to the new duet with Sarah, as she's been so good to me, of course I had to check out her new song. TBH T.Thomason, I hadn't heard of you before this. And originally, I thought the song would sound great, just Sarah. But that's just the Sarah fan talking. After listening to it a million more times, now the two of you make a great team. This song comes like a knife to the heart..... in the time since I last saw Sarah, I lost my father unexpectedly, and both of my service dogs, both of whom she knew. This song talking about you never taking advantage of what you have, because you never know when what you have, will be gone. And that has never been so true as the last 18 months of my life. I really wish that I could see Sarah, to talk to her about all my loss, and to introduce to her the bliss that has come from death and fear that threatened to overwhelm. I now have a 1 year old boston terrier puppy, Milo, who is in training to be my new service dog. Hopefully within the next 12-18 months. Thanks to both of you for this amazing song
Sitting on the LaHave River, South Shore, N.S.- The afternoon clouds rolling in, Fall in the air, Ocean on the breeze- This little Ditty- made me teary eyed. Just thanks for being you- a Big Virtual Hug at ya.
I heard this on the radio on CBC the other day and honestly, Sarah's voice made me cry, it was so beautiful. And I didn't even realize it was her at the time! This is a really lovely song - and both voices work really well together.
Love this song! It gives me goosebumps! It was Sarah McLachlan that brought me here... Sarah's voice sounds great here. Thanks for sharing this song and video! Love it!
