This session is low impact, so it is more apartment friendly and easier on the joints than our other cardio workouts. This is also beginner friendly but dynamic enough to challenge more advanced levels of fitness.

I'm a new follower. Been doing your workouts consistently for 2 weeks and I have already seen a huge difference. What brought me to you was a scare with my Heart. My Dr's said I need to get healthy and lose weight and reduce stress. When I typed in low impact workouts I found you guys. I'm down a pants size, arms are smaller. Waist is more defined. And that's with your workouts and 30 minute walks every day at a brisk pace. Yes I've altered my eating some and reduced my popcorn intake to zero unless I'm at the movies which is once a month. At 48 and in menopause, and a scare with my heart you guys have given me HOPE!! 🎉
Congratulations!! I recommend eating more healthy fats (avocado, coconut oil, MCT oil)

This was a perfect workout for me as i live in an apartment above someone. I wanted something with minimal jumping, yet effective with a good sweat.
As someone who recently had a heart attack and has major posture challenges, this workout was both accessible and challenging. It allowed me to speed up and slow down when needed and also targeted areas in my hips and shoulder blades where I am really tight. Thank you all for this so much!

I’ve been following your workouts for two weeks now and today was the first day I didn’t struggle and have to take breaksl! I’ve also lost weight too! I love the low impact workouts, it’s not awful on my knees or back.. or pelvic floor for that matter! I’m only 29 but after having two kids I feel it, especially when working out. 😂 I struggle when it comes to doing high impact workouts that have a lot of jumping in them.

Thank you for these low impact workouts! I’ve been struggling to get back in to working out after getting diagnosed with fibro. I had to really dial it back and this video made me feel hopeful I can get back to the workouts I used to do before ❤ I just need to still with low impact for a little while lol
