Interesting. I have GAIN and VOL knobs EXACTLY the other way around from the your sticker there: Volume at 3 o'clock and Gain at 12noon and into a TC Electronic Combo Deluxe '65 (previously a Joyo American Sound)
I guess it depends what sound you're going for and what guitar you're using. I control the gain a lot with the volume on my guitar so I tend for have the gain higher so I can control it from there
I got the challenge right. It was easy for me, because I've been using the Blues Man 75% of the time after getting it a few months ago :)
