    Man fantastic!!
    I watched a big part of this video and you killed it, also you went through this in a brilliant time while keeping all the reps clean
    Did you also have an insane forearm pump after this routine?
    You are right about the cardio aspect of this session. I tend to do the same "errors" when it comes to breathe with the counts, and swings. It took me a bit of practice to figure out which breath rhythm works for me

      Thanks for your feedback, Simon, and well wishes! You're really posting AWESOME workouts. My forearms were not too blown out, but then again I really have not experienced that with pullups or chinups. My back and biceps actually get pumped and then weaken first.
