I watched a big part of this video and you killed it, also you went through this in a brilliant time while keeping all the reps clean Did you also have an insane forearm pump after this routine? You are right about the cardio aspect of this session. I tend to do the same "errors" when it comes to breathe with the counts, and swings. It took me a bit of practice to figure out which breath rhythm works for me Have a great week brother!
