Sunday burpee workouts, and occasional dumbbell routines. I started this channel to store videos I was taking to critique my own form on various workouts, and it turns out that others in the fitness community quickly engaged me with encouragement and shared their own stuff. Having fun staying fit, and hopefully contributing something back to the community which has re-inspired my fitness journey!
The RAMBO Double Decker Calisthenic Crusher
I did Ram's "Double Decker" routine today (ua-cam.com/video/20_WcrhNXcM/v-deo.html).
For those wondering, used a 65 lb kettlebell, and 25 lb dumbbells
ROUND 1:
1 one-pump, 1 kettlebell swing, 1 dip
2 one-pumps, 2 kettlebell swings, 2 dips
...
5 one-pumps, 5 kettlebell swings, 5 dips
ROUND 2:
1 two-pump, 2 power presses, 2 chin-ups
2 two-pumps, 4 power presses, 4 chin-ups
...
5 two-pumps, 10 power presses, 10 chin-ups
ROUND 3:
1 three-pump, 3 dips, 3 kettlebell swings

Just found your channel and liked and subbed. Im a new channel also. I'm 38 years old and I just started taking working out seriously and I made my channel to hold myself accountable. I started off at 155lbs I'm currently 167 and my goal is 180-200 lbs. I stand at 6'1. Any encouragement, support and help would be greatly appreciated. I love your channel.

Thanks for the view and comment, Rafael! These whole-body workouts tend to challenge muscle strength slightly more than conditioning (e.g., cardio) and I tend to be a bit less out of breath. The Navy SEAL burpees at the end hurt alot, mentally though (they always do). I get the most growth, to be honest, out of routines over an hour long - such a mental challenge. It's high time I take on a 80ish minute workout so I don't get spoiled!

Marc, thank you for your super kind words! I am so humbled. I try to do a Burpee workout once a week on Sunday at least, and then at least one additional day a week of cardio whether it be running or calisthenics/Burpees etc. I lift weights 2-3 times a week for about 30 minutes on average those days. Nothing too crazy though, all dumbbells. At 42 I'm trying to stay healthy and avoid injury. If you have additional questions about my routine let me know and I'll share more. Thanks again!

Bro if u love ur knees ud stop doing burpees. I did them every day as a Mexican American in LA county jail. And I continued when I got out. Worst decision ever. It's Runners knee on another level. No disrespect but I'm a cpt and would never allow my clients to do this.
