    Sir these are western narratives that vitamin B12 source is very limited in vegetarians. 3 months back my B12 was dangerously low because of H Pylori infection and heavy menstrual bleeding. Doctor had told me to take injections but I decided to take through food. All Harvard and other American research paper say dairy products have 3 times the vitamin B 12 than meat. My diet included milk, yogurt, paneer, butter , ate loads of ghee which has four types of vitamins and equal proportion of omega 3 and omega 6 , also helps in obsorption of nutrients, cuts bad fat or cholesterol ,leafy vegetables ( folate or B complex), all nuts cashews, raisins, almonds, figs, pistachios, khajoor, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp all rich in B 12. I used to soak in hot milk, then make a milk shake adding banana or apple. All root or fiber rich vegetables also known as Prebiotic or complex carbohydrates beet root, sweet potato, taro root, yam, purple yam, pumpkin, white pumpkin, raw jackfruit, raw banana all are rich in B 12. I used to make curry from it each day, probiotic like rice gruel or barley gruel also rich in B12. I used to make gruel in 1:6 ratio ferment it for 3 days then drink that water . which has millions of good microorganisms required by gut. All whole grains are rich in B 12 I used to make millet idli or dosa or ate millet kanji or millet Ambali. Ate dry fruit Ladoo, methi Ladoo, amaranth Ladoo, buckwheat Ladoo, water chestnut or singoda Ladoo. Added 2 tbsp of vasana kanthoda powder, it has 32 types of vitamins or herbs Drank grape juice ,pomegranate juice . Ate all types of fruits. I was in this diet for 2 months. When doctor did blood test to check my vitamin B12 deficiency, all three tests were normal. Hope this helps, Thank you

      Milk me mil jaate hein B12. Aur Ghee me Essential fatty acids mil jate hein. Lekin plants aur nuts me B12 nhi milta. Ye misinformation mat felao. B12 herbivores ke gut bacteria banate hein jo milk pi sakte hein unko mil jate hein. Jo milk nahi peete due to lactose intolerance(like me) unko meat khana padega. Aur nuts like almonds cashews ye sab roz khana unhealthy hein. Nuts me bht saare anti nutrients hein like oxalates, tannins etc ye sab kidney aur gall bladder damage kr dete hein

    Wow ! Wonderful talk . Especially for vegetarian Indians like me. Western doctors fret about vegetarian sources of B12 but I know for sure and seen vegetarians live upto a 100 without any issues. Pure vegetarians even Jains.

      Soak vegetables and fruits in tamrind water half an hour before cooking or eating the same. This process will reduce the pesticides herbicides fungicides and fertilizers residue to a great extent.

      For vegetarians all legumes, lentils sprouts are rich in protein. Urad dal has 25% protein equal to meat for vegetarians. Do not give too much importance to protein. Our body doesn’t need so much of protein. Poly unsaturated fat ( ghee or healthy fat) and fiber is a must in our diet .

      ​@@giveitatry7768 protein is very much necessary especially protein deficient country like India. Protein has hundreds of other benefits besides repairing muscle tissues. Plant proteins are not easily absorbed by our bodies due to presence of antinutrients like Oxalic acids, Phytic Acids, Lectins etc in plants.

      For good digestion and bowl movements please have foods made from minor millets. Please soak the minor millets for six to eight hours before cooking the same.
      Permanently avoid Rice , Wheat Maida Corn Soya Oats GMOs Milk Tea Coffee Sugar Jaggery Honey Dry Fruits Processed Foods Refined Oils Eggs and Non Vegetarian foods.
      For Vitamin D b, expose skin to direct sunlight for five to 10 minutes at first and gradually increase the time of sunlight exposure. The skin will turn dark naturally therefore cover face and expose the back to direct sunlight.
      Vitamin D is the most important Fat Soluble Vitamin. It's required by every cell in the body.

      If it is caused by bacterial infection eat kantola or spine gourd it will kill any intestinal worms. I was infected with H Pyori, I ate this it killed all of them. I cancelled my endoscopy and didn’t take any antibiotics. Also try tindoora. According to Ayurveda tindoora also kills intestinal worms. I haven’t tried this. Eat lot of probiotic like buttermilk, rice gruel, barley gruel. Prebiotic or fiber rich vegetables on which good bacteria feeds on. This will keep your gut healthy. Do not take antibiotics it will take away your immunity or B 12. Go for herbal Ayurvedic treatment. Hope this helps.

      Permanently quit eating Rice Wheat Maida Corn Soya Oats GMOs Milk Tea Coffee Sugar Jaggery Honey Dry Fruits Processed Foods Refined Oils Eggs and Non Vegetarian foods.
      Have foods made from minor millets only. For the first 21days have only Fermented Ambalee every time you want to have food. After 21 days you can have other foods like minor millet roti, minor millet rice , minor millet idly , minor millets dosa, etc . Even while eating Minor Millet foods after 21 days one must eat Fermented Ambalee atleast once a day on an empty stomach.
      Vitamin D is available for free . Expose the skin to direct sunlight for five to 10 minutes daily and gradually increase the exposure time. The skin will tan or dark naturally. Therefore protect your face and expose your back to direct sunlight.
      Results are assured very slowly but permanent and healthy results are guaranteed.

      Just apply coconut oil on your body and go out and take sunlight for 1/2 an hour. Body will observe vitamin D from sunlight. Eat clarified butter at least 5 to 6 tbsp a day. Ghee has four vitamins including vitamin D. Ghee helps in the absorption of vitamin D internally.
