Just a suggestion...I am enjoying this video but the background music tends to distract from listening intently to what you are saying. Overall, great work though. Very informative!
Thank you brother for doing this video and putting out this information! I’ve been dealing with the symptoms that you’ve described for over a year and a half now so I’m happy to see that you give actionable methods to fixing it and a detailed explanation about the whole topic. Great work and thank you, keep it up!
Note to self: This very useful video covers some distinctions between pronator teres syndrome and carpal tunnel syndrome (rewatch it once you have a bit more perspective on the two syndromes). Isometric and concentric strengthening exercises for the pronator teres are presented towards the end of the video.
Dude if you're showing a corrective exercise have the camera actually focusing on the part your exercising, the camera cuts were not focused on what you were doing and therefore the video is less useful

Get rid of music, makes video hard to hear and its distracting

Thank you for giving the information about how to fix flexor pronator. This video is really useful 🙏
Does pronator syndrome cause you to get muscle Atrophy?
I have pronator syndrome and it hurts at night. It also doesnt hurt when touching it
That muscle is 100% best muscle, in arm wrestling.
The music is so annoying
Just me or this guy look like CT Fletcher 😊
Dude. The music. Horrible.
