    Just a suggestion...I am enjoying this video but the background music tends to distract from listening intently to what you are saying. Overall, great work though. Very informative!

    Note to self: This very useful video covers some distinctions between pronator teres syndrome and carpal tunnel syndrome (rewatch it once you have a bit more perspective on the two syndromes).
    Isometric and concentric strengthening exercises for the pronator teres are presented towards the end of the video.

    Dude if you're showing a corrective exercise have the camera actually focusing on the part your exercising, the camera cuts were not focused on what you were doing and therefore the video is less useful
