interesting how the first couple says that muslims dont drink while simultaneously being in a haram relationship and not having any shame about it astaghfiruallah
This isn't specifically related to Muslim religion, its definitely a general "organized religion" issue. Saying you want your children to make their own decisions is commendable - but when you encourage them to like a specific religion by giving them "treats" during those religious holidays, etc - it really does sway their decision later in life, so it isn't truly their decision at that point.
You can’t just expect them to exclude their child from religious activities and holidays until they’re an adult. Obviously as a family they will be doing things together when it comes to these types of things. Having the treats during Ramadan is just a way to include their children during the holy month. In my personal opinion excluding children would be worse.
If the child sees their mother and father celebrating religious holidays and they aren’t included in those celebrations that could also cause some emotional harm to the child making them feel left out. You also can’t just say that the parents should hide their religion from their own children because that’s stupid, people should have the ability to practice religion freely in their own home.
Just a cycle of indoctrination. At some point they will be able to decide for themselves, but if everyone in their circle is participating...the person will most likely will be disowned and alienated.
When a child is under your household, you give them structure and stability. My religion is my child's religion because they have not yet grown up to be able to make a decision like that. I will raise them as Muslim and teach them about Islam, because religion is not a club we join for a part of our lives, it's a way of life and a perspective. If I want what's best for my children, I will raise them with the beliefs I believe are right. When they reach an age where they are able to confidently make a decision of what they believe in, that is their choice alone. I don't think that we need to raise our children neutral in everything, just because it is "politically correct."
@@PROVOCATEURSK also muslims are not a monolith either. every individual has varying beliefs. which is more of a reason humanization is immensely important, because maybe you wouldn't realize it otherwise.

To anyone wondering, this could literally be 10000X your monthly salary in a country like Iran, which in turn can and will throw you in jail if you couldn't pay it back. Hence one of the reasons why I don't want to marry someone from my own culture.
Mehr is there to protect the women in the marriage. It is to ensure that if a man proves shitty to his wife and she wants to leave him or if he leaves her. She has that money/Property to be safe and financially stable. It honestly depends on the bride to decide her mehr. And if the mehr is too much for you then dont marry that person, or ask the bride to fix an amount that is feasible for you. But it is absolutely necessary for women to be secure financially in case the husband proves to be a dickwad. Hope you understand.

Also, girl, you can’t just say “we’d be dead if someone saw us” casually. Think of the stereotypes!
well, it is unfortunately a true stereotype. Extra-marital affairs/premarital affairs (called "Zina" in Islam, you can read more about it on Wikipedia) are forbidden in Islam, and are severely punished by flogging 100 times for each the man and the woman if they are both unmarried. but since the Muslim society is deeply patriarchal and misogynistic, men are exempt from this and face no repercussions, while women are killed and tortured for it (read about honor killings of women, truly vile stuff.

I genuinely can't decipher or hear it clearly; at furst i thought she said "Islamically", listened again and now i hear what sounds like "exalmically", or something, but that's not a word... CC says it's "economically" but that doesn't sound like what she said imo. Anyone else hear it, orrrr..? Just curious😶🌫️

This is more based on South Asian/Middle Eastern culture. It should’ve been called Truth or Drink - South Asian and Middle Eastern couples lol
You have to communicate or your marriage will never survive❤
interesting how the first couple says that muslims dont drink while simultaneously being in a haram relationship and not having any shame about it astaghfiruallah

I think drinking hot sauce is way more hardcore and awful😅 than alcohol
The fact that they don't even have first experiences like first kiss or relationship is not something you see on cut lol

L'amour ça se travaille, y a pas de miracles, surtout à notre époque et si vous voulez que ça dure un minimum ou toute la vie. @3:22 "An Obligatory gift" oh, so you mean a ransome! Got it!
