Euro nymphing was coined to bring all the techniques into one. In all reality is is form of tight line nymphing with color mono built into the leader to better detect the strikes. In the USA where I fish the most everyone calls it euro nymphing but the specific leader setup that I use personally is more of the French technique. No matter what technique you decide to use it is highly effective.

As ever you can only offer to help. After all you have only been doing this with more than reasonably good results for years. Yes you could just sit back as someone whips the water to a foam complaining there are zero fish here. No you like most of us give at least a few hints and helpful advice.

I don’t have a euro rod i got a fly fishing rod from my grandma and it’s an 8wt but I have a ultra light spinning rod sadly I can’t afford another fly rod is there any way I can use euro flies and euro nymph on a spinning rod and if so how?

Gavin, I don't see why not essentially its a method that uses just a shorts amount of leader. Just give it a go and if you like it I am sure you could pick up a cheap Euro rig second hand.
