You guys need to come out to Vegas and make a video, Nevadas a hardcore market. Really saturated with solar companies so people are tired of us knocking but avg bills in the summer are now 350-500 a month so it’s getting a lot better. Would love to see how you guys approach the Vegas/ Nevada market 💯💯

Nevada hasn’t NEM 3.0 it’s California. The Nevada solar market is growing a lot and really fast. A lot of California Knocker’s are going now to Nevada.
@@RealSalesDynamics They do have net metering out here. The laws are similar to California. We just had a bill AB 405 get voted in so they get to sell the excess power back to power company at retail value. Also the only power company for Nevada is NV Energy. They have a monopoly here. It’s pay them their rate (that have gone up over 40% in last year) or go Solar. If you guys do come out here shoot me a msg and I’ll show you guys around. I work with Tephra Solar nd have a huge team of guys out here maybe you could swing by and meet the team and drop some knowledge nd we can share some of ours.
@@RealSalesDynamics There’s definitely money to be made out here though. And if you can sale Solar in Vegas you can sale Solar anywhere, hands down the toughest market in Solar.

What? Nah. People in densely populated city states tens of overload their power grid, so they gotta ship their electricity from halfway across the country to that state. Why pay a shipping cost of $80 on an $80 product when you order something on Amazon? Same concept..

Nothing it’s just a tactic to get them to get the bill!! You tell them to get the bill don’t ask then go straight to the meter so it won’t be awkward lol
@spiffytouch556 has the main part. And to make sure they aren’t the 1% that opted out of getting a smart meter. Doesn’t happen often but also better safe than sorry!

How do you know if it’s a smart meter?
Wrong. PPA is not that you paying for the power you use, you pay for every kWh the panels produce. So if you go on vacation for a year you pay for all kWh the system produces. That's why PPAs are easy to identify on the roof, commonly being oversized because remember, the homeowner is paying for every kWh that system produces. That's why they get more commission than a contractor will make in gross profit for installing it and holding a 25 year warranty. You do get to self consume the kWh instead of pulling from the grid and the exports are credited to your bill but in essence that is the most misleading part of the PPA pitch, telling the customer you are just paying less per kWh. It's like allowing the utility to put a power plant in your home that you can consume directly from but then they CHARGE you for the power being produced.
So much ducking around how things work. Just be straight forward and tell them how it works without all the manipulation tactics. Solar sells itself (aside from the PPA which I think he is probably selling) and people appreciate the direct straightforward demeanor
His comment about 'not selling anything' is a total lie. If he's working on commission, then he's IS selling something and that would be a solar lease!!!!
Was there a credit card reader on property? Did anyone pay to sit down at an appointment? Was there a cash, debit, or exchange of goods with USD involved?
