Woodturning - I Saved This Wood From The Shredder!

Welcome to Ian Mac Woodturning! In this weeks turning video I used a lump of green wood to make a nice textured bowl! I had to dry the wood as I went, so I went with the microwave technique and it seems to have done the job as the moisture level is now around 9% and it's not cracked or warped.. yet.

I like the textured turnings. And the burnt edge is a nice touch, especially without a live edge or different colored wood grain. Well done.
