      it is a chain isomer clearly because the numbering for OH group will be 2 in both cases and the only thing which is different is number of carbon atoms in the chain. Hence, it is chain isomerism

    At 47:29 the second compound is not 1-butene. It should be 1-propene, since there are only 3 carbons in the carbon chain.

    tautomerism: Isomrism which arises due to shifting of proton from one atom to another in a same molecule.
    Example: Zwitter ion
    this is muc more easier to remember.

    At the first example of functional group isomerism..the carboxylic acid has 3 c and 6 H atoms i agree....but what about the ester given here...there are 4 carbon atoms and 8 H atoms...again the molecular formula is not same...

    At 03:25 a small mistake you written C4H10 as 2--methyl-propane but real name of this iupac is 2-methyl-butane...🎉🎉🎉

      No this is not a mistake. That is correct , we call it 2-methyl-propane because the main chain consists of 3 carbon atoms. But we also call it ISOBUTANE indicating the structure is branched .

    sir in 10.49 second questions it is iso-pentane, you have written iso-hexane

      Iso- hexane is a crct one
      Because there are 6 carbon atoms in a given example and moreover numbering is given to identify it as chain isomer it doesn't used to give a name
      We should give common name to the compounds based on total carbons
