      On 88th hijri the khalifah ordered the masjid to be expanded but the expansion covered the grave of Rasulullah ﷺ. All the scholars were against it but the khalifah did not listen. So there was nothing They could do. So what was done was wrong. But we can pray there as there isn't really anything we can do.

    Surah Al-Infitar (82:1-3)
    "When the sky breaks apart,
    And when the stars fall, scattering,
    And when the seas are erupted..."
    Scientific Explanation:
    Sky breaking apart: This can be interpreted as the atmosphere being torn away or the protective layer being disrupted. It suggests that the sky, as we perceive it, will no longer appear as it does now-possibly exposing the blackness of space.
    Seas erupting: If the atmosphere is gone, the oceans would begin to boil due to the loss of pressure, turning into steam and causing a rapid, explosive release of water vapor. This could look like the seas are “erupting” as described in the verse.

    • @Barraskewda7814
      @Barraskewda7814 Місяць тому

      But Islam also says that the sky is a ceiling held by invisible pillars and it can be rolled up.
      Why are you twisting the meaning?
      People in the 7th century believed that the sky was a tangible thing.
      And what about stars falling?

      @@Barraskewda7814 Invisible pillars? That’s gravity holding the atmosphere in place, keeping everything balanced. And those ‘falling stars’? They’re meteors. In Surah Al-Jinn, Allah mentions how angels use them to drive away jinn who try to eavesdrop near the sky.
      And if you think the sky is just a solid ceiling, why describe it as being ‘rolled up’ like a scroll? Plus, what kind of ceiling allows angels and meteors to pass through it? The jinn themselves said they approached the sky but found it filled with guards and shooting stars. They understood that these shooting stars came from behind this barrier, and when they got too close, they’d be struck. Even if the sky is made of gas, gas is still matter, a physical layer that can be part of something much deeper.
      This isn’t just about physical boundaries; it’s about a cosmic event beyond human understanding, something only the Creator could bring about. There was never a time when Allah didn’t exist, He has always been. And interestingly, one of the theories about the Big Bang suggests that ‘something timeless’ had to exist before the universe. That fits with Allah’s nature, never born, never beginning, always existing.
      Plus, the Qur’an mentioned the Big Bang, describing how the sky and earth were once a single mass, which He separated. It even talked about the expansion of the universe, something science only recently discovered. The signs have always been there.

      Excellent question.. I want to know too. Because according to what he said, he (and all Muslims) shouldn't pray at Masjid Nabavi until the graves are moved to Jannatul baqi. So I'm curious too on how that is an exception.

      The Prophet's (pbuh) grave is in his room, and there is a second and a third boundary. Then there are the pillars of the masjid and the doors for salaams. There is also a low wall after that, which creates another boundary. I learnt that there should be a minimum of two boundaries, i.e., one surrounding the grave and another one after that, creating a space between them. if there is only one boundary, then it is better to avoid. Allah knows best!

    • @Hasan...
      @Hasan... Місяць тому +7

      @@76MARD According to the Qur'an and Sunnah, there's no such ruling on the amount of walls and boundaries around the graves, instead, according to Sahih Muslim (969 to 972):

      It's allowed to pray behind a Muslim Imaam
      If he's Muslim, he can't be a monafique

      All Arabs are munafiqs?! This is dangerous claim to make. You don’t know what's in people's heart and you can't generalize everyone. Also, learn about what makes someone a munafiq, types of munafiq (major- out of islam, minor- still a muslim), and learn what takes someone outside Islam.

      @@Yu7Zi actually why most of the Sunni call them Wahabi because they follow the path of ibn Abdul Wahab al najd and they say that we are following the salaf !! This is the same man who declared the Caliph of his time to be a Kafir and called most of the Ummah infidels. These people joined hands with the British and helped in forming a country like Israel. His own brother was against his ideology, you can read the rest of the history on Wikipedia
