It's always a good idea to carry 2-3 ramps with you. It helps when trying to get up cliffs. It also helps when mining. You don't need to keep jumping and trying to hit nodes. You can also get to the nodes way up on the wall/roof.
In tier 2 between the stone furnace and the contact device there is a wood burner, it's enclosed so maybe you can use that to heat the stables for your tames
That big cave you were in is the cave I built my 1st big base at, it normally has 2 deep mining nodes, mine had silica and gold so made sense for concrete and electrical parts, I also placed a water pump up their so 3 birds 1 cave 😂 A tip for cave mining is take a stack of wood poles and a stack of half wood pieces to help get all them hard to reach nodes
if you´re overweight it doesn´t affect the mount speed at all, so if you´re doing a cave run just overload yourself and run back no problem. A tip for your mount, if you give him some feed before leaving he will get some buffs from the food.
Great barn, and base. You need to make a saddle, and there are different types of those. Also you need to unlock at the ranching station a snare, for wolves and the bait. That stone you saw is a new addition so you do not have to be in Prometheus only to have bricks for building.
The mount has different levels of aggression. Passive - it does nothing except possibly runs if attacked, Defensive - if defends itself, Aggressive - it will go after other animals.
I think if you have your mount set to wander while in the barn, it gets shared xp from everything you do and can go and eat/drink. As you have it set on stay, it looks like it can't even go and get food/water. It hasn't moved from where you left it.
I figured that would be the solution, I think what I will do to keep my crawl space is use the dirt foundations and sink them in the ground. Thank you for the comment and sparking the idea!

They are a great source for items that you may not have access to or items that will save you resources. I need to start doing more of them. 😁
You can get overburdened, but get on your mount and suddenly everything is ok until you get off the mount!

Aggressive only goes after predators. Careful they can chance bees across the map trying to kill them

Back in tier one or two, you need to go to your mortar and pastel and unlock steel bloom.

I was thinking if you put floor pieces under your base ground level that should stop the regrowth
I am going to test a few ideas about that.
How do you collect skinned materials so quickly? Do you have a hotkey? Editing? I am only aware of a mouse click on "take all."
You can assign a Hotkey in the settings.. I used Q. Hope that helps!
