You unlocked wood half-pieces. Part of that is a wood half floor. You don't need to have that gaping hole in the survival shack, or the rail. Plus you can move the boxes back 1/2 square. Take your time, move deliberately. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. This game changes every week, after all.
Couple of reasons.. my understanding is the stealth damage only works on a surprise attack.. once they are alert then you do normal damage and crits (yellow dmg). Second reason is.. I like to be mobile in some situations so I can avoid attacks.. and third and most importantly.. I just forget to go stealth most of the time! 🤣
@@MaddstoneSurvives as long you dont see the red alert mark its gonna work. (when the eye icon is anywhere before full you can still place a hit. which is even easier because they usually stop to locate you ) i asked because while watching it felt like i would do that - but of course everyone has ones own playstyle. i used to ignore crouch too, but than i start using it every time, since i discovered a combination which let me kill polar bears with barely going into any melee. shotgun with reduced spread improvment. it gets nice crits and hardened parts penetration, and then crouch asap you see it. and place a crit shots all the way. sometimes i managed to take it down in 1-2 shots. so basically from a far.

I promise there will be an ICARUS community server in the future.. once I get the initial 2025 plans up and running.. then I can start looking into setting up some community events!
