The Barkan Method is so good. When me and Kathy taught a Barkan class, both Barkan Hot Yoga and Barkan Vinyasa at a local Hot Yoga studio in Red Deer Alberta Canada, the people did not know what it was but they loved it and asked for more. We will teach there again when we travel over there, and we go there every summer.
Another great video! Informative and fun! Love the blend of the Bikram and Vinyasa in the Barkan Method. I'm grateful I was introduced to the Backbending Series from Mary Jarvis, Advanced and Baptiste, early in my yoga journey.. I've always found my body felt better when my yoga practice included some form of Vinyasa along with the Bikram Series. Then, one day, I took a Barkan Method Vinyasa and was absolutely thrilled with the sequence! It's a wonderful therapeutic series, and it's my go-to when I practice on my own. Thank you Jimmy 🙏🧡✨️
I am so thankful for your sharing! A dedicated Yogi for the last 11 years. Certified in Baptiste method about eight years ago. Is there a way that you could speak on where Baron fits into the hot yoga world? I feel like I have tried to research this and I cannot find the links.
Thank you for your support! Baron lived in Bikram’s house in the 80’s … but then soon after left to create his own version of the practice . We’ve been friends since then! 🙏🙏
Jimmy, Happy Thanks Giving! Tulkus, that is the system I am a part of. In the beginning Tulkus were Emperors, but as many other lineages began finding only teachers, the Emperor part was lost to them. My most recent research has brought me to Śāntarakṣita (protected by the One who is at peace) who had to seek Padmasambhava (Lotus Born), and together they petition the King to establish the first Buddhist Temple in Tibet. My Kundalini Awakening through Soma took place 04/06/05 in Athens, GA where I was flooded by visions of Eminem. I wrote a letter to the Governor of SD, my home state, sharing my testimony and research with, and had stated that Eminem Awakened when he was 8 years old. That was disclosed to me in a vision. I just recently found the documentaries on the Lotus Born, he incarnates as an 8 year old boy Awakened upon Incarnation. You won’t find any documentaries about me, I incarnate as a 4 year old boy, and Awaken by Kundalini. This is so unheard of in the West, but is well known in the East, so much so that China has written the Tulkus into their Constitution back in 2007. The Serpent ~
