Better wind protection, hard luggage, semi-active suspension, lean sensitive ABS. A seat a girl would actually want to sit on, and you don't need to break out wrenches to adjust the preload. If you want to ride for more than a day, the GT has the features that make it easier. I ended up getting the 2016 Multistrada when I found out this was going to take a year to show up.
