They will be selling both Quest and Brighton. However, the pricing is not finalized. Once the model home is up and running, I will be taking a trip there walk it and will have at the time of pricing.
I would need to reach out to the sales person for an accurate base price. However there are two available. One is priced at $289,465 and the other is $295,935.
