Good morning Bob, apologies in responding back this late. If you buy in this community, you are allowed to build a pool. Depending on the size of the lot and city easement requirements will dictate the size and shape of the pool you can build.

Sorry for my late reply. The community is in the process of closing out. The model is listed for $403,000 but there is a waiting list.

10/10 would NOT recommend Meritage.
Absolute garbage quality home. I live across the street from this location in a Meritage home.
Been nothing but problems.
