The reason why I don’t show the garage is because builders use them as sales offices or as storage and sometimes construction managers use them as offices. I don’t people want to see that plus there could be privet information. I have come across communities where the garage from the inside is locked. I agree with you. However, that model home and its community is about 20-25 minutes (if accounting for traffic) away from the beach.

That model and community it was featured in is now closed. The closest community to it is “Bartram's Landing at St. Johns”. That same model is offer there. Currently it starts at $505,990. But that price can change.

The builder has changed the plans around for future site development. To make it more streamlined. That’s why you might not see some of the options.

From my last conversation it was done for that community in order to complete construction in time. There are other communities where you can pick the layout. You can still pick finishes but I can confirm that tomorrow with a call. Is this community of interest?

Floor plans do have anything to do with pool installation. You would have a pool company provided you a quote.

@@centralfloridawithkon you just not be aware that TM installs pools during construction then it seems. Have you sold any TM homes in Florida?

I have not had pleasure of dealing with them. Most builders stay away from pool installations at lower price points due to delays in building. If you are interested in this builder and any particular floor plan, community, or if they will build you a pool, let me know and I would happy to get you some info.

The community will have a pool. You can also built your own pool. The price is depending on the floor plan. I will house for sale in that community in August. It’s a 2 story, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, media room and game/loft area. The starting price for the same floor plan is between $380 - $400. The final price will be update this month. Keep in mind that the prices go up once a new set of homes are being released.

The model home is currently not for sale. However the same floor plan start between $380,000-$400,000. The final price will be set by the builder when they release the next set of homes.
