This is one of my favorite songs by David, especially adding his personal touch to it ❤. His voice is so amazing, and he's so awesome 💯 when you have the opportunity to see him at one of his concerts. I got that opportunity last year at the 2022 LDBB, at his farm. It is not Christian music... there is a fountain of living waters that gushes from the throne of God and this fountain is so clear that it feeds the soul, something that the music of the world does not do. There is a rest in God's music.

It appears that this project, Stories and Songs, is a crossover into secular music. I have not heard whether this is a one-time album, or if he is doing this type of music full time now.
@@brettaylor9098 I've got the DVD, David tells stories about songs he's sung on past CDs/DVDs and sings them with slightly different arrangements with just a piano, drummer, two guitarists and his two daughters, it's a beautiful DVD made at his barn...the couple of "secular" songs as people are calling them are love songs, I Have Nothing(Whitney) and I Can't Help Falling In Love(Elvis) beautiful versions in my opinion ❤️
