    Here are the 5 ways to maintain good posture. It is not something that will transform us overnight. Rather it adds up incrementally to help us improve our posture, gradually much like self improvement journey. I practise living these 5 ways everyday and I am sharing it with you. The ways range from mindset change to doing the right posture exercises consistently, to managing stress better daily, have good daily habits and wear good quality shoes and clothes that do not inhibit movements.
    If we practise these 5 ways everyday, we will definitely improve our posture for the better.
