Awesome! By far to me my toughest of your routines. I love the variety of your videos. It was nice to move away from the wall today. Additionally, I saw your video to answer your critics about whether your videos count as pilates or not. Clearly doing some movement is better than no movement, at my age and fitness level this routine was more than enough for me, also I believe that if you’re into physical fitness you should want people to do/ try anything other than sit there and try and affirm your poor health. Your critics Rachel are probably pissed at you for your number of followers/ viewership. Don’t stop what you are doing!
Day 10. I am enjoying the cardio more than I thought I would. And I am really feeling good about being able to do these sessions. Thanks for making this a fun experience.
Just finished day 10 i must say i have never sweated this much since i started. Woooh i am tired , sore on arms and thighs but i feel stronger and better
Day 10. End of the week and I was tired, but 19 minutes was doable, so I did it. Looking forward to pushing through for the full 28 days. I swear I'm already seeing definition in my abs (may be wishful thinking). Thank you!
So proud of myself for completing this today !! Its was difficult but i gave it my all very good stretch on my inner thighs I’ll be feeling that in the morning

I thought I had done all your workouts....but this was new to me! So great! Really got my heart rate up! I could see myself doing this again with dumbbells in the future!
Wow this one sure did pack a punch for such a short workout! I found the second time through I started really squeezing through the glutes and thighs for the squats and that helped a lot!
Great workout! There’s one set @15:40 that doesn’t have the count down timer. I love the timer; it helps to push me to finish when I’m getting tired during a set.

Ok so one: this was intense for me 😬 and 2: I realized I have been doing squats wrong my whole life - I think. When I squat down my chest comes forward and my rear goes outward (hoping that makes sense) so anyways, I saw your form and how straight you look so I tried to bring my lower back in to straighten out and WOW 10× more difficult lol - I really hope I'm doing it right now. DAY 10 ✔️
Yes it does make a difference if u lean forward too much! But yes these cardio ones are tough! Totally ok to just do a portion of it or rest more if u need to 😊
Hardest one yet😅. I had no idea how little I worked upper thighs until this video. I couldn't go as low or as long as I wanted to. I have low tolerance for the burn. I can hold it for maybe 10 seconds and then i have to stop.
Oh no! It’s always ok to stop or skip some exercises if need be. Go at your own pace.. it can be fun to see how u progress when u come back a month later if u repeat the challenge!
Day 10 finished and oh my goodness I am dying lol I used 5 pound weights cause those are the smallest I have and could only do the first part of the workout with them 😅 next time I splurge on anything, it's gonna be some ankle weights 😂
It depends what type of pilates you do! I mix mine with strength training so in my opinion u will see and feel a difference faster 🙂 most ppl feel a difference in about a month of consistent exercise.. noticing feeling stronger, less fatigued etc. if u are also looking for weight loss it will need to be combined with a calorie deficit
@@keririchard555I do 20-45 mins a day 4-5 days a week. I also eat balanced too though and walk and I’ve seen a big difference in my body but over about a year. It’s a lifestyle for me now
It was the toughest i was taking a longer rest than you and also i was not able to do last 4 exercises as i started feeling pain in my neck after the reachups 😢...also i drink alot of water in between is it ok..? My ryt side of neck is paining alot 😢😢...can i take rest for tomorrow ??? And start again from monday 🙁
Is it ok to drink water in bet exercise? And is it ok that I did not did the rest 4 exercises? I had one more question 😅are these exercises all helpful to reduce the size of your waist ?

@@rachelsfitpilates thanks. Haven't had this much trouble with the previous workouts. Never had too pause in others. This one apparently targeted muscles too weak for my weight... And I don't think I have weak leg muscles in general. The low wide stance for an extended period of time was Just too much and I had to break it up into shorter periods to calm my burning legs

This one aaalllllmost made me quit. I felt bamboozled and frustrated by the title and time. It's more leg day than cardio. And sneaky sneaky to add a separate stretching video. I allotted the amount of time on the calendar - so I had to opt out of stretching. Boo! BUT - I'll be back! ;)
