- Have you ever had the feeling that you are lost in your head? Or like your head is in the clouds? Or as if you are disconnected from yourselves and your surroundings? I know I have. When this happens, I can use some grounding to bring my feet back down to earth and reconnect with myself!
The life we live in can be hectic at times. And sometimes our typical meditation practices might not help with these times of energetic disconnect. Today’s meditation will help you get grounded. It will help you to re-connect with your body, bringing awareness to what you are feeling at this moment, moving energy to where you need it, simply with your awareness.

Thank you for this excellent meditation. It has totally relaxed me. I’m now meditating twice a day-before getting out of bed and after my evening shower - and my heart rate has dropped to low 60s again. Plus, I am less reactive and a nicer person since starting meditation. Yours are definitely my top guided meditations.

Body scan meditations (as I've learned...) are important in treating chronic pain (as you echoed!) Some meditations are dull, but never yours. You are my fallback plan. Another way I ground is to go barefoot in the morning as I do all my chores. Thanks!!

I found this of some help this early morning. I have much chronic nerve pain . It is difficult to stay grounded... I’ve lived life much in out of body and retrain my brain to connect is a challenge with loud inner chatter and body discomfort. Breathing is so key as is no judgement and gentle bring myself back...knowing I’m safe

This was exactly what I needed today. I woke up feeling scattered in my thoughts and feeling the need to release excess energy. Toward the end of the meditation I did an energy cleanse along with your words. I now feel grounded, present, and much calmer. Thank you, Sara, for all you do 😌🙏❤️

Thank You. I needed this today. I've been attending a relaxation group for many years. Lately I haven't been comfortable while attending. It may be time for me to move on as I love being inspired. This was amazing, thank you. I was deeply relaxed during this, but the moment I opened my eyes I felt refreshed, energized, and clear. I have terrible anxiety and my mind gets clogged easily with stressful and intrusive thoughts, but I've found that taking time to ground down into my body and the true sensations that occur, brings clarity to the mess in my mind.

I love your meditations. I felt light like I could float, yet heavy at the same time.
I need to talk to someone of your frequency. I recently have been manifesting something but one thing (I wanted to ease out of) came faster than the other thing. It is what I asked for, so I want to show gratitude, but the purging of one thing is causing emotions of inadequacy. Please help or guide me to the right place to accept one loss for an abundance of opportunities!

One of my favorite parts was you saying
“As many times as you need. Come back home to your body”
As a human developmental biologist, that studied the cells and most all values and appreciated the cells for all they do-this hit home…lol I said home again
This meditation is an excellent remedy for a bout of late morning, out of body, scattered anxiety. I went outside in a sunspot, put a wool stadium blanket on a grassy spot where the snow had melted. It may be 35 d. out, but this grounding practice warmed name head to toe. Thank you, Sarah; I feel reconnected and ready to attend the work list that had me spinning.

I use this meditation and others by you guys everyday for a brain break while recovering from post concussion syndrome. I have never meditated before until it was suggested to me as part of my physio therapy for my concussion. You get me through many days of anxiety and depression as well as just relaxation and rest during my okay days. Thank you so much for putting these out there. They make a difference physically and mentally.
This practice has helped me with a feeling of heaviness and anxiety in my chest that I experience once in a while and that I don't know where it comes from. It puzzles me and exhausts me. Through this practice I can let it be. And go.
