It does work, it says you lose before it hits the bar because it calculates you will loose because it is going diagonally so you’re bar needs be be one over.
This actually worked I followed all the steps and it was really fun but I replaced the ball with a period to make feel like I was playing the actual game for example ] . [
A syntax error would mean that you wrote something wrong in the code. For example a number instead of a letter or the wrong kind of bracket. Just check your code!

It’s single player pong, only one paddle
if its a ti 84+ then you can download games easily from the internet whit only a regular usb to mini usb type B
changing line 3 from “randInt(1,8->Y” to “int (8*rand+1->Y” and deleting *Pause "GAME OVER* allows you to use this program on most other ti-8x's

best way is to lag it to death
make a dummy variable and put a bunch of if else statements in the code that do nothing

Had the same problem all I did was press goto and fix a variable I missed
I had that problem to and i just rewrote all the code and got it to where it runs fine.
