    I like the way you also give my brain a challenge. I'm still working on those alternating V steps. Fun and challenging.

    77 and no memory issues, but trying to keep all these moves in mind w his talking and the music is not the easiest 10 min. of exercise. I thot this would be 10 min. of walking w a few simple out moves. I walk w my daughter for safety reasons (knee buckles sometimes) and will add in my own, like stopping walk to do some side steps left and right, and after a bit more forward walking, do backward walking. She has been out of town for a few weeks, so not outside walking alone, but I will try a couple of these moves indoors that I can make when close to a chair or wall. I like all this guy's moves, just maybe not all in a bunch, esp. knee lifting will be good. Blessings!
