Fern, my white Boxer dog, is an accredited service dog under the 1992 DD act. She holds special access rights to be allowed to enter places most dogs cannot. This includes National Parks such as Chiltern Mt Piolet NP where Reedy Creek is located. Unless your dog is an accredited service animal they are not allowed to enter NP.

Nothing.
It simply turned the water to running cement that's still covering the farm land because it's like cement when it drys.

Great video on one of the most important gold prospecting lessons. Sometimes you just have to move along until you can find a spot. As J always tells me, if it was easy, everyone would be doing it. We have that tiny 400- gold here. Getting the equipment adjusted to catch the super fine gold is like learning to drive a standard transmission, but water flow is the clutch. It's a very difficult task to be sure, but fun in a woo hoo I learned a new trick sort of way.

I am not a gamer, but love your prospecting videos.
New to the prospecting game but I do something that I don’t see others do. I purchased a powerful drill and a 4” auger bit. I see everyone struggling w over burden and breaking up hard pack. The auger makes the ground very very easy to work. Worth a try, my drill and auger were a little over $350us Stop fighting the ground

Great video Chris. I ordered the goldhog stream sluice the other day and will be making a new video next week with the new box. I will be reviewing it to see how well it catches the fine gold here in Colorado. I will be putting my other sluice box at the end of it witch has the goldhog ur mat and the new motherload mat in it. I will pan each mat by them selves to see what my loss is from the first sluice box.

I found a really thin bit of leaf gold at Eldorado a few years ago and I chucked it in my sluice to save for later and I watched it float right back into the creek. Oh well 😂😂 but I found a picker so it made up for it

I have a pre 55 placer mine in Jackson County OR. 20 acres all following a quickly moving year round creek in solid bedrock.
Beautiful bends and black sands. It is a beautiful sight. If you are in the states, maybe you'd want to come film next spring or summer. Hit me up to do some filming. We have a 3D camera. A very nice one, not a samsung gear 360, a 35k dollar rig.

But why did you not put a gem stone sluice at the bottom end?
You never know what you are passing up
And why did you not have a small solar panel to help keep your battery up, during power off breaks
I not into gems. I don't even keep the ones my Sluice does catch.
And I have used a solar panel on film a few times. I just don't yet personally own one.
