Fern, my white Boxer dog, is an accredited service dog under the 1992 DD act. She holds special access rights to be allowed to enter places most dogs cannot. This includes National Parks such as Chiltern Mt Piolet NP where Reedy Creek is located. Unless your dog is an accredited service animal they are not allowed to enter NP.

You have made a difference in lots of peoples lives. I must say that I’ve put off watching the last half dozen of your videos because it hurts my heart to know Grizzly is gone from your life and I know I’ll never get a chance to meet him in person which I sincerely hoped to do. I’ve watched 4 of your videos in a row tonight and I feel better seeing your Boy and how he Loved being with you on the creek. Such a special soul. I’ve had my dog Odds for 13 years and know I’ll be a lucky Dog Dad if I get him for a couple more. He’s healthy and can still jump in the truck to go for rides wherever I take him. I feel so privileged to have been his caretaker since he was a 3 month old rescue. Pit bull / Mastiff mix..... full of as much Love as he is full of mischief. He has kept me on my toes and made me a better person and forced me to think of him first and foremost for his safety and well being along with keeping me out of legal trouble for things he’s done or might do. It’s been a rough go at times but I’d never trade the experience and life lessons he’s taught me. I Love my dog. I Love your a Grizzly, too. He will be missed very much by me and so many others. Thank you so much for sharing him with all of us, Chris. Vo-Gus Prospecting is a good thing. It always has been and will continue to be so.

I like that you've come up with an idea to help viewers also let go of Grizzly. For some people this is very hard, this is the outlet some may need. Good time to make the most of this opportunity and also include a letter for the pets they've lost that left a hole in their heart and let go of all that pain in one trip to the post office. Some people need an outlet and your selfless gesture hasn't gone unnoticed. Don't ever change mate.

Chris. I was so sad to hear about Grizzly. He will always be remembered by your community. We are your community and you along with Grizzly have formed it together. Thanks for sharing such a special day 😊 and.....What a fantastic way to help other sufferers Chris 😊 I totally understand the concept of writing negativity down and burning it 😁 never ever 're read the letters. It'll bring it all back. Clear the room in your head and burn the negativity but try and replace it with something positive straight away before more 'wonderful' ptsd negativity creeps into its place.
Thank you so much. I'm one of many that are " struggling with demons". I need to rant out loud before I can calm but doing it in the supermarket just gets you escorted outside or frowned upon. I'll send grizzly moo a letter with my demons but please please promise to burn it because I can't. Thank you for providing an outlet, I can feel the relief already and thank you for being you.

I've tried to type this a few times, but I'm not sure if it has come out right or how I intend it to be portrayed. I have a true story for you and the thousand's of followers that may have also lost a furry friend.
This story is from my younger years.
I had a Bull mastive x great dane as a 10ish yr old. He was the best and first amazing pup i'd ever had. We both grew up in North QLD in a remote community hours north of Cairns (without pinpointing a location). He was an amazing and loyal dog that would follow our car when we left to go to the beach or any other activity away from home. (feels terrible calling him a dog, he was more like a brother). My brother, sister and I would be looking out the back window of the car to see just how far this amazing friend of ours could run and keep up with my parents car. Truly an amazing family member!
Tragedy...
My family had a party one night. It was for a large group of the local population. There was a large group of us children at the time playing children's games like tiggy and hide and go seek.
It was my turn to hide. I went to dive behind a bush next to the house and My dog knocked me out of the way. I first though he was being silly. I left and tried to find another place to hide around the house elsewhere. Upon doing a full circuit of the house, I returned to find the parents looking at my favorite pup chewing on a snake at the exact bush he had knocked me out of!!!
Turns out, it was a death adder. He was bitten at 1030pm under the tongue and undetected due to the location of the bight. He lasted till 0830 the next day. It was a hard day for my family. Waking up and seeing my best friend having a fit and foaming at the mouth, kicking up dust, was hard to comprehend for a 10 yr old in a town without TV.
I feel he saved my life. From knocking me out of the way and running into that place to hide, killing the lurking death adder I couldn't see, and himself in the process...
He was a large pup, at least twice my weight. I'd have died 100% chance if it was me that was bitten by the death adder.
As a person that is now much, much older and one that has loss a great friend, I wish you the best of luck in the future. It gets easier. It doesn't feel like it to begin with, but it does.
I feel your loss. I hope you can find another amazing pup to replace grizzly soon mate.
