Ömer Güven is CEO & Co-Founder of fintalent.io, a marketplace for freelance M&A professionals. He has been in the VC, Investment Banking and Asset Management industry for more than 10 years. Before founding fintalent, Ömer was himself a freelance M&A Consultant. Before that, Ömer served as the Investment Director and Head of M&A for publicly-listed Swedish-Vietnamese Venture Builder fram. Before that he worked as a Senior M&A Associate at a Mid Market M&A Boutique and his career startet in Institutional Equity Research and Equity Sales at M.M. Warburg & CO, one of Germany's major independent private banks.
Ömer is a CFA Charterholder and a Board Member of the CFA Society Liechtenstein. He holds a Bachelors degree in International Management and a Masters degree in Finance & Accounting.
