Loved Jason's take on the current prejudicial outlook on mental health in Asian countries and how we can improve on that by giving mental health the acknowledgement it deserves. #gepicjourneys
Such an inspiring and timely message! Taking a moment to focus on our mental well-being is so important, especially in a world where we're often expected to keep going no matter what. It's a reminder that it's okay to slow down, ask for help, and prioritize ourselves without guilt. Let's keep encouraging each other to speak up and support one another. Together, we can break the stigma around mental health. Thank you for sharing this valuable insight! #YouAreNotAlone #MentalHealthMatters #gepicjourneys 🤍🤍
The aspect of accepting how feeling, knowing what and how we feel helps one to think straight this enable relief on our mental health. Watching this episode really play a segment on my mental health. No I know how my feelings are not being judge by me. #gepicjourneys
When Jason emphasised the importance of openly addressing mental health challenges and taking proactive steps to manage them, he was absolutely right. Mental illness, much like a physical illness, deserves attention and care. Don’t hesitate to seek support-taking action for mental well-being is essential for a healthy mind. #gepicjourneys
Such a powerful and important message about mental health! 🌱 It's a reminder that sometimes the struggles we face are invisible to others, and we never know what someone might be going through. It's okay to not be okay, and reaching out for help isn't a sign of weakness but strength. Let's continue to support each other, be kind, and break the stigma around mental health. #YouAreNotAlone #gepicjourneys
It is indeed true that we must always acknowledge and validate our feelings, simply because allowing ourselves to recognise and accept what we feel without judgment can be a powerful step toward better mental well-being. #gepicjourneys
There are times when our own selves needs reassurance too. Because we are not gonna be the strongest selves always. Mental health is the things that's gonna keep us functioning throughout the day. So if anything is disturbing it it is very important to share it with the most trusted person you have. I totally loved this episode ❤
I completely agree with Ashinka when she said that burnout happens when we push ourselves non-stop. Taking regular breaks and giving yourself some breathing room really makes a difference. Sometimes, stepping back for a bit actually helps you come back more focused and energized. It’s a reminder that taking care of ourselves should be a priority, not an afterthought.
"Caring for your mental health is just as important as caring for a physical injury", is a statement I could not agree with more. It was a really great episode. #gepicjourneys
Technology has opened up incredible opportunities, but as Ashinka said, 'Whatever technology has to offer, you have to take in moderation.' I truly believe this is key. Think about it - technology can connect us, educate us, and simplify so much of our lives. But too much can lead to burnout, distraction, and even isolation. Balancing tech use means staying in control, using it to enhance life, not control it. #gepicjourneys
If you talk about it and help each other, rather than hiding your loved one away and shying away from it, that’s the right approach. Making fun of something like that just shows a lack of understanding on the matter. I agree with everything Jason mentioned. I’ve certainly learned a lesson from this episode. :) #gepicjourneys

By accepting our feelings without judgment, we’re less likely to bottle things up or push them aside. Lesson learnt from this episode #gepicjourneys
