I am from México and first of all, I'm reeeeeally impressed by your Spanish, keep it up! And these videos with David have been great, as long as you keep enjoying, that's what matters
Christianne!! Your Spanish!! You've inspired me to learn and Im trying to get to Spain to be an au pair!! I was supposed to be there from the 8th January but restrictions have been extended to at least the 2nd... I'm hoping that my visa comes through in time and I can leave then. Your videos are getting me through lockdown, thank you so much!!
These videos are sustaining me! I’m going to take the plunge and try to work there for a month while my husband is gone for army training. Thank you for the “push” 💕
Omg that’s so cool!!😍 you should totally do it!👏🏼👏🏼 Btw if you’re looking for something to watch, I have videos from London and other cities as well☺️ if you want to check them out 😘
I would highly advise you to wear a full face helmet. Most damage on the head when having an accident is in the chin area (30%). Bikergirl here 😉 If you get a helmet with pads that can be taken out and washed, sweat isnt such a big deal.
I look forward to your videos and literally get so excited when you’ve posted. It’s such a nice escape during these times to watch 😍 also I know you got your jeans whilst travelling but do you know the brand? They look so soft I need a pair 😭 I’ve been on the look out for those stripe trousers since your Greece vlog but nothing even comes close 😭
it's so great to see puerto again, really enjoying your videos! So funny, that's basically the exact routine I had when I was there, and I also stayed in Bacocho! If there is one thing I recommend you do while you are there - go down to the marina and hire one of the boats there to take you out to see the dolphins. Just off shore from Puerto - we saw at least 100 dolphins at once and a couple of whales and many turtles - it's one of the best things I've ever seen!!
Puerto Escondido is a town in Oaxaca known for its big waves and excellent surfing conditions. Puerto Escondido hits a sweet spot: moderately developed, laid back, well-touristed but still blissfully free of the sterile resorts and hordes of spring breakers in Cancún and other hotspots.
Just subscribed to your lovely channel and am very much enjoying it! We've traveled to Mexico many times and absolutely love the country, food, culture, and people. We backpacked through Europe in our 30s and are now in our 60s and have no plan on stopping!! Your videos - and great travel hacks - are inspiring! Thank you!
Just came cross your site. I am hooked!!! I subscribed and look forward to binge watching your vids while we are kept indoors by the smoke drifting in from the wild fires in British Columbia.
It was strange to see a line up to get to Carizalillo. I've been there during Semana Santa and had no lines, although the beach was pretty busy. Don't miss going to Playa Coral at the North end. Also look for the tourist information booth across the street from Hotel Rocamar. One of the ladies that works there does walking tours of the town that are not to be missed. You'll see a lot that you'd never find on your own as well as a lot that you could find yourself, but wouldn't know a lot of information about. If you get time, get out to Chacahua for a day trip or a couple of days.
When you was watching the sunset I felt like I was with you 🌅 I love your videos, they make me hope that I’ll be able to travel soon! I was supposed to be travelling Asia in September last year, we hoped for May this year but now we’re hoping for the end of this year. Your videos make me more hopeful! Xx
Really impressed with the videos, information and sense of travel, it's so inspiring ☺ your Spanish is coming along so good, what site or app are you using??
Christianne, would you mind telling us what glasses you have! I remember you saying in an insta story that they were from Spec Savers but I'm dying to get a shape just like that and I have no idea what to look for!
kylie minogue :D I was buying glasses 2months ago and actually tried the lighter colour ones Christianne got but they looked really bad on me, so got much smaller ones.
I am still watching these vlogs for info about puerto escondido!! I am planning to go there in February and i was wondering if you could tell me where the place is you watched this beautifull sunset😍🌅
Your Spanish has gotten so good!! The sunset looked amazing, wish I were there. Snorkeling looked like fun. What camera were you using? Great video as always!!
Hi I loved this vlog! I am actually going to Puerto Escondido for some months and leave in a few days :) what's the place that you watched the sunset called? it was so beautiful
Just came across your vlog and am enjoying it very much. I like the way you explore and share your day. I'm an old fart and wish that my wife and I would be able to do what you are doing. But living thru you right now. Stay safe.
Muy bien healthy life, beaches, food, sun tu español es muy bueno, no conozco oaxaca espero en mi próximo break darme una escapada con mi esposa y niño, congrats keep going
Just found you today. I plan on visiting Puerto Escondido hopefully this year if not this year next year. Right now I am planning on moving to Cuenca Ecuador. This plan should find it's way by May 2021. Thank you for all of your videos.
Well, I had a London summer crush here in Mexico City and there is some British idiosyncrasy at its finest "Do we need to pay that much for a breakfast?" Miss you, Susan, I still have your jeans somewhere around...
Hola chicos que buen espanol ablas se te entiende mucho sigue ablando tu espanol y esa mucica de fondo se escucha al 100 bonitos lugares y esa michelada se me antojo saludos amigos
I am looking to spend 4/5 months of the winter in Mexico starting in October. But I am slightly worried about the food , on holidays to Mexico I have never had any problems with tummy trouble but others had .
It’s most likely that their stomachs are not used to the change in ingredients in the food. The food in Mexico is less processed than the food in the US. It’s actually more fresh and natural. I’ve been to Mexico a few times and I’ve only had stomach problems two nights out of several weeks. On the contrary, when I went to London for only a week, I had stomach problems for three days. Most likely the ingredients.
Are you sure the WiFi isn’t based off 3G/4G? Lots of lower income countries have this as their main form of WiFi, but it not necessarily obvious but often have data caps after which it will just *stop* or run veeeery slowly if subject to a fair usage policy. Ran into this issue in an AirBnB in Sri Lanka
Super curious. I am from Canada and was wondering if there was a hassle to buy , license, insure and drive the scooter in Mexico ? Me and my wife are at the point in our lives that we think we will be spending 2-3 months in Mexico during the winter after the Vid is gone. We have been to Mexico about 7-8 times mainly on the Caribbean side and once at Puerto Vallarta. After your prev. video I'm thinking; maybe buying a used older scooter would be a good idea. Thank you.
I see you enjoy coffee . Take a day trip to Pluma Hildago , they grow some of the best coffee in the world . You can have it custom roasted . I think you can purchase in Puerto , at the market in town , but not the same , as what you get on the plantation .
I would love if you posted weekly! Like scheduled posts! I love your videos so much and love when you pop out vidoe after video but im so sad when there isn't a video for a couple weeks. I know the wifi situation is difficult, when just thought I would leave a suggestion!
So nice. I'm mexican and my dream is to travel through all the country on my motorcycle. You should consider visiting the baja peninsula and other parts in the sea of cortez coast, san carlos nuevo guaymas in Sonora for instance is absolutely stunning. (Though be more careful in northern mexico and a couple other states, it is definitely more dangerous up there, I'd advise against driving in sinaloa, tamaulipas and guerrero as those places are very dangerous right now)
I learnt through lockdown with a Colombian Spanish school called Whee Institute. 10 hours of zoom classes per week! It took about 6 months of classes and then I’ve just been practicing with anyone and everyone in Mexico for the past 3 months 😊
I am from México and first of all, I'm reeeeeally impressed by your Spanish, keep it up! And these videos with David have been great, as long as you keep enjoying, that's what matters

Finally getting into a routine that works for me 🙏🏼🙏🏼
You are a true YT professional. No one else compares to the quality of videos. Your accent is so catchy.
Every video you are posting from Mexico, I’m adding places to go and things to do this summer. You’re a great travel guide!
That sun set is so beautiful, I miss Puerto Escondido
I would highly advise you to wear a full face helmet. Most damage on the head when having an accident is in the chin area (30%). Bikergirl here 😉 If you get a helmet with pads that can be taken out and washed, sweat isnt such a big deal.
I wanted one 😭 but none of them fit on my head at the same time as wearing my glasses which I legally need to drive. Need to invest in contact lenses!
@@BackpackingBananas better in puerto, too hot for full face :)
@@thegavinchase Not to mention it cramps your style when rocking the shades, am I right ?
High-Fi ! 🙋🏽♀️🙋🏼♂️

Your videos are so entertaining! Need to leave the UK soon to travel again!
I also can’t wait to travel again!😍 I started my travel channel in 2020 but for obvious reasons wasn’t really able to travel much since then😅
What a fun day. Coffee, lunch, beach, dinner, sunset. What more can you ask for. Interesting that they also have foreign food restaurants in Mexico.
For sure, loads of Mexican restaurants but also sooo many international ones too!
You guys were chasing the sunset! Glad we got to see it!! Great video!
So much fun thanks. Going through your other videos now… talk to you soon!
This is so wonderful to watch. I’m living vicariously through you and enjoying every moment. Keep inspiring pal 😊 xxx
Thanks pal ❤️❤️❤️
From a fellow vlogger on a smaller scale, I love your work. Great job! Love your videos!

Love it here!
Those sunset shots are like therapy compared to cold and gloomy Netherlands with a night curfew 💕

Lovely video. My wife and I were just there in Puerto Escondido for two weeks during the Christmas break. Thanks for sharing. ❤🇲🇽
Is there anything better than being abroad in the sun on a motorbike!? Can't wait for those days to return :)
Not many better things!

Great spot to see the sunset!

id like to get there and enjoy the beautiful nature
What if you get fiber optics internet in puerto escondido? will that work? i work online and im wondering. thank you
The main thing that keeps me from being distracted when working is getting fired for not working
Well, I had a London summer crush here in Mexico City and there is some British idiosyncrasy at its finest "Do we need to pay that much for a breakfast?" Miss you, Susan, I still have your jeans somewhere around...
best thing you can do in puerto is getting into surf and make friends with the locals, then you can go with them to the "secret spots"...
Miro todo lo bonito que es mi méxico y mas extraño estar ahí, soy mexicano pero ahora estoy viviendo en Canadá, saludos
How long did it take you to ride the scooter? I’m visiting with my gf this week and we’re considering to rent one.
