Cool video! 😎 Came across your channel randomly... one note on the Mole...it is an acquired taste. Mole is made with over 20 ingredients....and there are many different kinds of moles. However, most people (who are not Mexican or of Mexican descent like me), have a difficult time with the flavor because it is quite complex and mixes flavors like chocolate, chili, nuts & other ingredients most people outside of Mexico have never tasted “together.” I LOVE mole!
When I was in Mexico City last year I tasted one mole that was incredible and one mole that tasted like it came from a package. I encourage you to try multiple moles because I am confident you will find one that you will love.

Puerto Escondido has some of the best food in Mexico, and we have been all over the country. We have been to Puerto 10 times and are planning to move there when we retire. Great to see these little food spots, especially the food court at the Mercado. Tres Cariscoles is the one we frequent for breakfast and morning beers when we shop at the Mercado. Everything is great and very reasonably priced.
loved this - makes me miss travelling (mainly for food) SO much! i was wondering - how easy is mexican street food in general for a wannabe vegetarian?
There is very few veggie street food, but there is equites (not featured in this video) which is like a pot of sweet corn and it’s really good! But yeh you’ll have better luck in restaurants than on the streets I think
As you can see Americans & Canadians don't need to go to Europe because Mexico has it all deserts, jungles, beaches, swamps, even snow in the winter bordering with the USA It has magic towns, modern megacities etc. That's the reason you see Americans and Canadians all over México In fact more Americans live in México than in any other country in the world including England and Canada I love your videos Keep coming with more please!!!

I love your videos very inspiring and can't wait to be able to travel again! I know this is a silly question but do you wear your glasses under the goggles when you snorkel? I have never been and don't see clearly without my glasses or contacts, does the water get into the goggles?
