What 90 year old woman has an iPhone a PC , a Facebook account and runs her own business ? Elaine LaLanne the wife of Jack LaLanne does of course. No only did she follow Jack's philosophy ,but she paved her own way in early radio and television as a country western DJ ,a Television personality a set director ,talent scout, engineer ,script writer ,set decorator and television host.She was also one of the first women in the engineers union.She was known by her peers as the Betty White of San Fransisco .She earned the respect of others through her actions and character while working her way through the ranks.Elaine LaLanne 90 years young still exercises every day.She is compiling her husbands autobiography and will be coming to a town near you .She is an author lecturer and super mom.She is known in the industry as the first Lady of Physical Fitness.
