    The food looks incredible! This is the second 'review' of this product I've seen, and it looks like it'll be a really good! This didn't show everything it can do (in detail), but the options are vast. It's not JUST an air fryer! Not to mention the price is great considering all the other combi-cook appliances!

    I par cook steaks in my Phillips Air Fryer. 175° F until internal temp is 105°F then finish in cast iron grill pan on stove top. The air fryer seals the outside while at the same time melting the marbling. I experimented with seasoning before and after the air fryer stage and prefer the taste when seasoning after.

    I used to have an air fryer long time ago. It was the one which is like a round oven. It was great. It was broken and I tried this new air fryer. The old one was much better, and easier to clean. I don't know why the old model is no longer popular.

    Would have liked to have seen the settings you were using, rather than just the results! I have one of these devices now, and I'm finding it frustrating to look for how-to videos that show all the steps and settings, and more importantly, how they navigated through the menu and/or phone app to get to them.

    DREO really pushing their Kickstarter hard. First Guga and now Hiroyuki. I've been looking for any air fryer for a while and this looks interesting, but I think it's terrible that large companies are using Kickstarter as a risk-free way to develop products, putting all the risk on the consumer if things go south. Not throwing any shade at Guga or Hiroyuki, they are both awesome UA-camrs, my issue is entirely with the recent trend of large companies using Kickstarter as a way of minimizing risk.

    I went to culinary school myself and I'm of the mindset, "work smarter, not harder." I've not yet been ready to pull the trigger on an air fryer, but I saw enough demonstrations with this from Dreo, and so I bought in on day one. I think as a tool, this has a lot to offer.

    Thank you for this as I've been waiting for a pro chef that I follow to make the crossover to the air-fryer. Both humbling and informative, I dig how that ginger was prepared off the tin-foil. What a mouth-watering "8.5" 🧑‍🍳
    p.s. That borrowed whip was wet. Don't get a speeding ticket!

    • @godaistudios
      @godaistudios Рік тому

      In general, I agree - but this is more like an air fryer on steroids. As it is, not everybody has a convection oven. Further, most air fryers don't have a steam option. Then there is the additional part to consider here with the probe and that is part of the precision cooking this tool offers.
      The combi cooking this offers is a step up, and I think that makes this worth trying out.

    long ago I stopped watching this channel because the cameraman said some super ignorant things about either japanese or asian culture. I think im leaving now because that apparently bothered me so much that I have subconsciously boycotted this channel for more than a year (like 2 or 3?). Maybe I'm the only one. But you're surely very aware of metrics, so if you see a decline, please see that as a possible factor. Thats all, good luck~
