I am struggling with this one. Sometimes it is OK, sometimes I can't do it. So thank You for posting the video. it is very useful :) Especially in English ;)
Hey Christel, a rocker is a Wende in German. In the video I'm showing a forward outside three turn = Dreier in German. :) The rocker would leave the original circle. I got some videos about that as well (in German so far I believe).
@@christelwesterhuis5563 Hey, I think I don't quite understand what you mean. We have 3turns (Dreier), brackets (Gegendreier), rocker (Wende), counter (Gegenwende) und loop (Schlinge). Everything turning from forward to backward is turned on the ball of the foot whereas everything turning from backwards to forward is turned on the heel of the foot. So what do you mean by "that's also a rocker"??? Sorry, I really don't get it.

It’s not an easy one to learn and as usual in figure skating - things take time ☺️♥️. I‘m glad the video was helpful 🫶⛸️
I think you meant the rocker. You speak english clearly and well, but German is also okay for me. Thank you for posting

@derskateclub Hi, that's also a rocker. But meant the place on your blades. The place you turn on
