On the cob of that corn if you go down far enough and you use a greater and I’m sure there’s other ways if you look on UA-cam there’s some cream that comes out of the corn on the cob. It Milks it literally pulls out the milk out of the cob all that sweet goodness. Check out some videos on UA-cam I’m sure they have them on there I’ve seen it before that’s how I learned it. It’ll step it up to the next level. God bless brother
Next time try using the dull side of the knife and scrape the cob in a downward motion to get all the milk from what you cut off and left behind one cook to another my friend

I made your recipe today. I didn't use as much sugar , just a tablespoon and I substituted half and half with all the creams. I stuck to everything else . Absolutely beautiful recipe. Creamy and slightly sweet. Extra love from Atlanta Ga
I just had this for dinner tonight, and OMG! I will never go back to how I used to make cream corn! Amazing recipe! Very tasty, full of flavor. I followed the recipe from beginning to end except I forgot about the Asiago cheese. It was later in the evening already, kids and I were hungry. So I remembered that I had some fresh grated Parmesan cheese in the fridge and BAM! That was all I needed! I will try the Asiago cheese next time but that Parmesan was something else! Please try this amazing cream corn, I bet you won’t go back to what you’re used to.

I just made this and had to sub the cheese with fresh parmesan and frozen corn I added salt while cooking the corn to extract the corn milk and even with these deviations this is absolutely the best cream corn that I have ever had, thanks AB keep up the fantastic vids.
