Go for Predator. Predator is way better brand than Asus Tuf also 12700 heats a lot. And in performance 13500 HX > 12700H. Tuf's performance will decline after 1-2 years because of its bad thermal. If you want longevity and a class computer get a Predator.

the tdp of 4050 in nitro 5 is limited to 75 watt I guess. So in heavy gaming and extreme graphics there would be difference in the fps but not by too much

Obviously 4060 is much better than 4050 having extra 2GB VRAM. If the price isn't the issue go for 4060 one.
Have you played fc24? If so, what’s your recommended graphics settings? And the fps you get?
Have played fc23 at max graphics and it gave 60 fps throughout. These football games wont take much on Rtx 4050

Predator will have better fps in actual gaming. Predator has 13500hx which is much better than 12450h.
