Guys TRUST ME! This man is an angel sent from heaven. I thought I couldn't workout anymore or game. My wrists were fucked. Did these for a week and now it's been months doing them on and off. COMPLETELY!!! Fixed my shit. DO THIS!!! THANK YOU!!!
I work at a computer all day. I've been doing these exercises for just a few days now and I swear I can feel a difference. The walking extenders is really hard! Danke from the USA.
Thank you! I'm a professional bassist with a damaged wrist. This exercise has alleviated much pain, and allowed me to continue practicing over longer periods.
@@osuplaeyurreallygood It does give a pretty noticeable difference, even from just doing it once a day. Especially if you play computer games that require a lot of hand skill. You can also watch your hands improve over time.
I'm definitely going to do this every day, already 5 days in! I'm sticking to doing it with your video as well, your positive attitude is just really uplifting to hear and inspiring. Great video, thank you so much! :)
@@osuplaeyurreallygood ive been doing this for a month now and hell yes it works im rhythm gamer (osu!) so moving my fingers up and down at high speeds for hours and hours is something i do, which is indeed a speedrun for carpal tunnel and RSI injuries, in fact ive already suffered injury from my games and had to stop playing for a week before im good again lol but this video has definitely been preventing my carpal tunnel problems ever since i started using it, i have been stamina training in my video game alot and im not feeling any carpal tunnel like i usually felt its also good for strengthening ur finger muscles too, so i can have better stamina in my games, i highly highly recommend it :)
Thank you Tykato, because of your hand exercises my team and I have won an osu! tournament and have become BADGED PLAYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is really good. I'm in IT, and I came across this video today but also your thumb video. As someone who gets wrist pain while doing squats, bench press, and so on, I imagine this could prove life-changing.

Thanks for the epic routine! Not only is this benefitting my performance in games but it's also greatly increased my strength in my forearms allowing me to do a wide range of activities more productively. :)
This was AMAZING. I feel very good after doing this. I've been doing wrist exercises for a while and now this. I bet it'll improve my gaming a lot, too. And of course protect me from injuries. thank you so much man.
@@Alex-qq6gh Can speak for the guy but yes, my index fingers do tend to hurt if I forgot to do this exercise after 5-6 hours and I also have to supplement it with a gyro ball but yeah my reaction time has increased.

Could you do a similar video, but aimed towards the effects of sitting for prolonged hours? I'd love a short video that can help mitigate the effects of constantly sitting. I love this format, just straight to the point.
From watching this everyday before I play osu!, I have now memorized everything that is said in the video and how/when it is said. It is quite strange. Thanks for the great hand exercises!
Fr , i will do all this exercices before palying osu! now, cuz, right now i have a tendinites for playing osu! with a bad hand posture and not stretching at all, but with time i will play again better as i was :)

Never gamed in my life but I'm a Massage therapist and that was awesome . I like that you can follow along so you don't have to wonder if your doing each exercise long enough and under six minutes is very doable !
I was recently diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel, I have to wear braces when I sleep. After following along with this video I am amazed by how much instant relief I got, but also by how under-exercised my hands and arms are! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks for the stretches! I can definitely tell that this has prevented multiple gaming injuries because I have gotten a lot of gaming injuries in the past, and had more intense sessions without injury after doing these stretches.
Thanks for this, I've been using this every now and again while speedrunning and I really appreciate a video that has exercises and not just stretches!
i really like doing this before gaming, warms my hands up nicely. i have to make sure i wait like 10 minutes after though to let my hands relax a little otherwise they're like too strong and my mouse just feels like i'm moving a piece of paper
I randomly ran into this while browsing Reddit, your presentation and conduct are so good it made me go on UA-cam and browse the channel, keep up the good work!
Nice! Definitely gonna try to do this frequently. Do you have any plans to make more videos about exercises that people risk doing wrong which injures them and creates scar tissue like the wide pushup video? Would like to know more about those so that I don't accidentally do them!
Would appreciate that as well. Still trying to figure out which range of motion I can safely apply load to for all the joints and shoulders specifically. I'm training with rather conservative range of motion whenever I'm unsure, but I think some of the advice of physical therapists is overly cautious when it comes to healthy trained people.
oh wow- i use to jitter click 12 cps only on average for only 10 seconds and butterfly 10 cps in only 5 seconds but this got me 14 cps jitter click and i can hold it for 2 minutes and i could butterfly 20 cps for 6 minutes! thank you

I just found this video recently and I wish I found it sooner. It seems to be helpful for me. I'll be sharing it around a bit. Thanks for the instruction.
This really is a fantastic video!!! You should do a back/neck/legs/feet exercise version for fools like me who have to sit around all day. Stretches/muscle work that can relieve some of the stress on our bodies/promote good posture? Oh man if you did I would love you even more forever
thank you for this, I personally play quite competitively so aim and mouse control is absolutely critical and with an overwhelming shift in the industry to near weightless mice for FPS games any small amount of tension can seriously throw you off, and after a while not taking care of my hands and wrists it was almost impossible to even hold my cursor still without a completely neutral mouse position because my mouse is so light.
I've finally set myself to do this before each session. I can actually play for more than an hour before I start to feel sluggish and try harder things! Thank you for this video :)
Most people don't know about Carpal Tunnel and this video is an excellent way to avoid that. Maybe Tykato could make a video about looking away from your monitor to help your eyes from going bad because they have muscles too. Focusing on a screen too close for too long ruins your eye sight.
Thanks for the hand work out! I see that you also climb. I started climbing about 2 years ago, and I really want to develop my body for that more.
