Nice video! Cisternino is a gem of a town, maybe too small for some but so beautiful with a great view from the hilltop. A great place if you look for peace and quiet.
Thank you for the informative and engaging video content you've created. However, we have a concern regarding the Italian driver's license test. We understand that it is not available in English and presents a significant challenge, even for native speakers. Considering that a foreign driver's license is only valid for one year, we have decided to focus our search on areas that are walkable and have reliable public transportation. This will allow us to navigate the city conveniently without the need for a car. Furthermore, even if we were able to pass the driver's test, we acknowledge that there will come a time when we may no longer be able to drive due to age-related factors. Therefore, we believe it is prudent to prioritize areas with good walkability and reliable public transportation.
Apologies for taking a few days to respond. My “real job” got in the way. Electric and gas 150 Water 30 Garbage 20 Parking in Cisternino at an apartment most likely is nothing. If you want to travel around Italy and you will be parking your car in nice areas, that could add up. Buying a car is hard to answer without knowing what you are looking for. I included car prices examples in this video ua-cam.com/video/MNCUuPjdyzA/v-deo.html. The information that I included is that from doing a quick search on cars for sale in Puglia, a 2011 Ford Fiesta with 115,000 kilometers is 5500 euros and a 2019 Audi Q2 with the same mileage is 22,000 euros. You want to make sure that you do the conversion to miles if you’re an American, as 115,000 thousand kilometers is about 72,000 miles. The Ford would be about 6,000 US dollars while the Audi would be about 24,000 US dollars. This seems roughly on par with what you would see in the United States based on a search of the same vehicles on cars.com. Cost of car insurance is also difficult to give a precise answer due to factors such as type of coverage, age, driving record, type of car you own, and so forth. Car insurance is generally less expensive than in the U.S., but would still be an expense to consider. You might want to consider that the cost of gas in Puglia is currently about $8/gallon. Healthcare will cost you less than in the U.S.. Especially if you take expensive prescription drugs.
The male A/I voiceover was a bit annoying and discouraged my interest to the properties being introduced. Try same video with -female- artificial voiceover. That might be an improvement.
Great video!

Great job including the no double taxation in the video. I believe it is IRS form 1116.

I am curious about garbage or garbage tax, sewage, water, parking car ownership and insurance ...all the bills.

@@WildWorldOfTravel Wow THANK YOU!!!
Sounds like Re's voice. You stole his narrative?

I agree. He's selling properties in Italy and can't pronounce the towns correctly. The info is good tho.
Thanks. Still working out some of the kinks. Will be experimenting with different voice over options in the next few videos.
