The transcription brackets besides "oringes" [origins] at 3:30 are the best. It basically means that /oringes/ was the president's way of pronouncing [origins], meaning what they wrote down there was literally phonetics without the extra alphabet for speech symbols.... that stenographer made his own sociolinguistic sector called Trump..... So yes, he definitely hates him.
Stenographer aren’t allowed to edit what they are transcriptions it’s their job to record exactly what they hear.

I edit a children’s magazine. Some of my work is typing up kids’ story submissions, which can be pretty messy, but I’ve gotten good at it. I genuinely wouldn’t be able to transcribe Trump’s speeches if I tried.

I like America, hopefully my neighbours will get back to normal once he's out of office, when someone sane is in charge. I remember a political commentator in 2015 mused that a Trump presidency would be like a whitewater rafting trip; those who make it through it are going to have some wild stories to tell their kids one day.

At the beginning, you notice how he explains what he's saying when he says "oranges": he immediately says, "the beginnings ", afterwords. That, to me, says he knows he used the wrong word but can't think of the right one. A clear sign of dementia.

The ironic thing about her "opening statement" schtick is that the moment a real lawyer tried that in a real court, he'd be tackled by the bailiff and possibly charged with contempt of court. You don't get to just yell at people, and it's even worse for someone who calls herself a "judge".
I would suggest not trying to imagine such a person. They obviously do exist. I think they look like a blob with Rush Limbaugh's hair, Alex Jones' gravelly voice, Sean Hannity's jaw and Tucker Carlson's crossed eyes. That's the stuff of nightmares, literally.
