At the time of slab portion falling there was no leakage was noticed,but it was visible the marks of leakage which was attended at the time of leakage appeared in past.

Sir i live on the top floor of my 3 storey building . There was some leakage from my bathroom which caused damage to the exterior paintwork of my building despite attending to the problem promptly. Society wants me to not only pay for the repairs in my house but also charging me rs 25000 for damaged paintwork to the building. Am i liable to pay for it even if there is no structural or plaster damage to the building? If yes then even my house paintwork is extensively damaged due to leakage from the society terrace & water tanks. There is a leakage in 3rd floor ceiling in rainy seasons only, due to external wall cracks. As there is no leakage in dry season. Means, it is not due to 4th floor. Suggest, who will bear the cost.
society need to make inspection for this, society may appoint any civil engineers, or any other vender who do this job. After their report society will discuss this in managing committee meeting and decide, who will bear the cost, society or member.

It can be done if both are mutually agreed, otherwise its your responsibility to repair and maintain your flat in good condition as per Bye Law no 45. You can read Bye Law number 45 to 47 for same.

It can be done if both are mutually agreed, otherwise its your responsibility to repair and maintain your flat in good condition as per Bye Law no 45. You can read Bye Law number 45 to 47 for same.

Apne toilet ke diwaalo aur floor ke tiles ko ukhadwaake kisi acche plumber se jin jin pipo se leakage ho raha hai woh dikh jaayega unko bandh karwaake, saare tiles ke bich mein jo gap hai usme white cement dalwaaiye, niche waala naa kabhi pareshaan hoga aur naa hi kabhi aapko karega. Samasya ke jad mein jiska shrot hai wahi samadhan ki upasthiti hogi.

Jab upar wale neighbour ki wajah se Neeche walo ke yahan seepage ki problem aati h unke yahan daily unke washroom ka Ganda paani unki balcony mein aata ho, Jisse unhe roj clean karna padta ho, unki wajah se unki wall kharab ho Jaye toh Kaun jyada pareshan Hua. Apko is liye problem lagti h kyu ki aap woh face nahi kar rahe ho ek baar yahi sab aap ke saath ho tab b aap yahi kahenge ki pareshan karte h.par kehte h na jab tak woh apke saath nahi hota tab tak aapko uss cheej se fark nahi padta.
Jab problem apke yahan se ho to Neeche wala solve kaise karega.
Pareshani upar wale ko is liye hoti h kyu usse money kharch nahi karni h.Sirf isliye pareshan hota h.
