I have been doing all of her workouts randomly every day for 3-4 weeks now and I’ve lost 2 kgs, got leaner abs and body figure. She is the only fitness influencer whose workouts don’t get annoying overtime. I feel therapeutic when I do them. Recommend❤

Thank you for pointing out where we should focus and where we should feel the burn, it helps a lot. I think I struggle mostly with feeling burn in hamstrings when I should feel in the gluts though, I gotta figure out what I’m not squeezing correctly lol. I’m in good shape but these workouts make me feel like I can be in much better shape lol…I love them, thanks for making them

I like your other sessions too but this one had the right intensity for me today, feel really energized now. But again, the music was rather loud (I already mentioned this under another video) - especially towards the end I had trouble understanding you.
