Hemming an 1895 skirt - Ripple Skirt TV295 from Truly Victorian

Detailed explanation of how to add interfacing, horsehair braid, hem lace, and lining to a very, very full velvet skirt. This is part of my project to replicate a gown made by Worth in the early 1900s.
