I signed the petition to stop the execution. I empathize with both families who suffered because of the murder and who will suffer because of the execution. He’s been on death row for 24 years… I just don’t understand why he just couldn’t serve a life sentence in prison! I understand a life for a life… but evidence proves it wasn’t him! It’s just unfortunate. I can’t even imagine what he must be going through knowing today is his last day on earth! This is sad all around! 🥺

When the government separated church and stand, they made "by any means necessary" as an ok method to be a fair decision in their eyes. There was no evidence tying him to the scene. The DNA collected had been contaminated. No justice was served. Prosecutors, witnesses, family, and jurors have renounced this decision.

No... You don't know if he can identify who killed the woman because there was no evidence connecting him to the murderer or the scene. You can't kill someone for not telling you something. That's unconstitutional. You have a 5th Amendment right.

I am convinced the state of Missouri does not want to pay a lawsuit for wrongful imprisonment for 20+ years and so staying firm in the lie that he is guilty would be the best option for the prosecution in order to abstain from admitting and compensating for wrongful imprisonment.

The prosecuting evidence was tainted so he wasn't guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Unfortunately our justice system gives too much weight to words over physical evidence. That's why there shouldn't be a Death Penalty.
