George Puluse thank you man, yeah I’m getting more to grips with the app since I made this video, so I appreciate this tutorial is pretty basic, I only intended it for some close friends to watch.
A great way in Procreate to speed the selection process up is to select the line layer>choose ‘automatic’>then tap the portions of the line layer you want painted while still on the line layer>then empty layer below>then paint | it auto fills the area. Then create a new layer for shading and put that above the color layer then render the shading. The line layer should be above the shading layer, which should be above the color layer
CuReD_bacon I’m a professional tattooer, I’m not a professional graphic designer and I’m also not the most tech oriented person, I made this for a few friends to help explain something I had figured out with my iPad, if you read the description you would know that I’m not selling this as a perfect tutorial, it’s aim was just to help people get started
Quick and simple tutorial. I've seen those tips in other long Procreate videos, but yours is just perfect.
It’s crazy the amount of things this app can do! Been using it for a month for my tattoo stencil work and I learn something new everyday

Could you please do a video showing the linework?
Thankyou! this has been a huge help! :D
This was extremely helpful thank you! You should keep uploading tutorials like this ☺️
If you turn the line drawing to a “reference” layer you can automatically select whole parts without having to trace the whole leaf

Put the black in last (just before white highlighting) and you don’t have to worry about the colour saturation overpowering your black shade

Must be a house tattooer. No right minded professional would ever post shit like this to the masses.
