Tyler these are legit the most informative series on UA-cam for people needing to learn and understand pro create. I bit the bullet and bought the 2019 iPad Pro 12.9 to make things easier for designing and organizing with ZERO idea on how to navigate the app. You are a life saver in helping understanding the app and it’s functions. Thank you a million
I'm not a tattoo artist, just a beginner graphic designer looking to learn digital illustration. I have watched a ton of these videos, and they all pretty much show the same things so I assumed yours would be similar but you've actually showed me a few things the 20 other bids I watched never mentioned.. thanks!!
Just got my first iPad pro today. I got a refurbished 2020 11 inch pro and pencil. So far I've been very happy with it. I'm not an apple user so these videos have been a godsend. Thank you!
for the color picker you dont even have to click on that square, just hold your finger or pencil over the color you want and it will do the same thing. it removes the extra step of clicking on that square
Thank you. I just got my first Apple product “IPad Pro” and you made this video and your other videos on procreate very simple to follow! Keep sharing what you know for us beginners.
Keep making these tutorials bro. I just got an iPad and procreate... started tattooing in 1999.... I'm super stoked to learn this new tool. Thanks for all the great tips!!!
I know its been a while. But I just now went to procreate, at the end of 2021. Watching all these videos to learn my way around it, on the 2021 m1 5th gen ipad pro, its brand new and VERY expensive, so far I'm scared to take it out of the box or sleeve until I get a case and screen protector haha.. but, from what I'm seeing, there "really" isn't a big difference between this and the 3rd or 4th gen ipad pro. My shop owner is using a 2nd and can do everything mine can, except with the old pen on an older model. I think, if you don't have any specific needs of a newer model, stick with what you got. Its not a big deal. The newest one is super thin and its harder to find cases and screen protector for it so, there's that.. I think I would have been fine buying an older one, but being brand new to it, I wanted to make sure I'm starting fresh on the newest stuff I could find. Plus I financed the new one, where I'd have had to buy an older one outright..
I cannot believe you only have 3k subs. Your a hidden gold mine friend. Can you please guide me on what is the most affordable way to transition from manually drawing stencils with transfer paper , to actually printing out the whole image as a stencil. Please and thank you!!!
Zachary Nichols well I just recently started to take this seriously so hopefully the channel grows! Thank you for the support tho! And there are a few different options. There are stencil printers that are only 300$ but then you also need a computer with photo shop to print from. I’ve never used one and I’ve heard mixed reviews. Almost of the budget machines I’ve seen and heard about seem like they are a bit of a waste of money. I have one of these and it’s the only one I’ve ever used really. It’s very quality www.painfulpleasures.com/115v-thermal-imager-panenka-design-stencil-copier-machine.html
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial awesome. Maybe a video on alternate options of creating stencil. Tha is alot!keep grinding. I'm going to be watching them all. You have a fan!:)
More pleasseeee! I got the new iPad specifically to make tattoos and work on stuff for my tooth gem business and your videos have been super super helpful
Dude thank you so much. Finally someone who knows what they are doing and willing to show us newbies. Subed! Hopefully you have more. Keep them coming. Thank you!
Thanks for the videos. I’ve been tattooing for a lot of years and always did the pencil tracing paper thing. I just bought the 4th gen iPad Pro and your videos are helping a lot. I am using different brushes from tattoo smart but your videos seem to help me more that anything. It’ll be nice to not have 7,000 pieces of art work on paper strewn around my shop. Lol. When you have that much , you never know where anything is!
Just watched your pt 1 just the other day, then I subscribed. Watched this then I followed you on IG. I love tattoo, tattoo designs/designing, getting inked (even though I got a few on me) basically I love art in general & that’s why I’m trying to learning digital art. I appreciate you & other UA-camrs that makes videos like this cause tbh, I can’t afford to go to art school anytime soon. So thanks a lot
Thank you for the support! I’m glad the videos are helpful. I took photography and graphic design in college for a year then dropped out. If you want to be an artist you don’t need school. Learning digital art programs/photography/video .. anything to do with art can be learned online. If you have the passion you could do it!
Yes please! Make more procreate videos. Especially specific to tattoo design concepts. I'm struggling with how to recreate my pencil drawings to a digital stencil design in procreate. Love your videos.
Extremely useful stuff mate, thank you. Keep them coming. Maybe if possible is there a function on procreate similar to the photocopy function on photoshop (handy outline hack). Cheers
Love that your doing these they are very easy to follow and understand love it started using my procreate and I got the 11inch 2020 iPad Pro toast month and so happy to get a great use out of it yes continue to do these very appreciated 🙏🏼😊
You’re funny.. I’m definitely going to follow... I just got the new iPad Pro and I’m learning how to master it (the reviews I watched did say that the 2018 and 2020 are very similar so no need to upgrade) this is my first iPad Pro 😆.. procreate is definitely a challenge but you’re making it easier ..thanks !
Videos are great...maybe show a video of an actual tattoo project start to finish and how you create more of a vector drawing and less of a 'painting' on Procreate. Thanks again!
Luv the instruction, got the 2018 and I think for this its about the same. Better camera maybe. Get the apple pencil this week cant wait. Using your instructions. If you did a how to on taking your sketches from start to finish would be great to tie in the different layer brush used, i.e. a working example of your process would be great. One quesiton how do you make sure if your ipad gets broken that you have all your images stored elsewhere? Cheers.
And again a Procreate Video with useful tips! Thank you Tyler, I love these videos and I watch every one of your videos! It's all to the point and I hope for more videos of you! Maybe also some videos in which you tattooing?!
Daniela thank you! I’m glad you are liking them. Once everything is back up and running again and I’m allowed to tattoo after this virus is over I will definitely post of me tattooing. Here are some videos I’ve done in the past where I’m tattooing..
I been wanting to download procreate but not good with this technical stuff I wanted to try it for designing my helmets an guitars for paint an airbrush do you think it would work but anyway you helped me alot to figure out this thing I will be checking out your videos Thanks also is it possible to design a helmet in procreate . awesome job

Hey when you cut out an image like the wolf then press INVERT when I do that after pressing the little circle it doesn't do the zebra lines it turns it to whatever color i have selected...then have to move that around THEN press back twice to get the zebra lines ?
So I’m trying to color fill a circle and can’t all it does is color fill the whole thing and i can’t seem to figure out why or how to change it to where it only does the circle any help that i could use to change it or what i can do?
Hey do you know if it’s possible to change the brush weight on an already drawn stencil without redrawing it? I keep trying to print stencils and the weight is too thin for my thermal printer. Please help! 🙏 Or do you know of a good thermal printer that will print smaller details🧐
these videos are gamechanging thank you so much for sharing
