I don't get why all the people are hating the graphics. They're absolutely amazing. And this comes from someone who prefers realism.
I've always liked the different art style approaches that the Zelda series have had since Twilight Princess... going from realistic (TP) to cel-shaded (WW) to a mixture of both (SS) to almost like a live-oil-painting (this game).
this is more live ghibli film. SS was more painterly overall.

What age group are you thinking of...? UA-cam has a version for kids (UA-cam Kids), and this game is likely to be rated Teen by the ESRB (13+). I really don't see kids watching these videos let alone reading the comments.

The game is still really early in development. Although the ice breath "glitch" looked pretty funny, they'll most likely fix this. There is still a long way before the game is released.

Don't have to be Nintendo fan to enjoy some Zelda. Especially this one since it borrows alot from western RPGs. It will be brilliant Witcher III lite with even more emphasis on survival and enviromental hazards.
Xenoblade on Wii U was disaster to be honest. Can't be compared with big titles like TES and Witcher etc. Breath of the Wild on the other hand feels very modern while still respecting Zelda's past.

Could you imagine, for one second, the insane backlash and fall out if male players were taking clothing off female characters and making sexually charged comments about it the entire play through?
Like I said in another comment... not only that, but in most games "adult" Link is actually said to be 16 or 17 years old (depending on the game). Picture a bunch of grown men stripping a 16 year old female protagonist and talking about how "hot" she is and making other suggestive comments. Anita Sarkeesian would get an entire video series out of that (that she would raise a ton of money for and not finish).
...and now there is a backlash against the majority, if not all male gamers due to that [stereotype]. A double standard is still a double standard. If a group of three males played a game where they played a game where they took the female character's shirt off and ran around for ~fifteen minutes talking about how hot she is.

Nope, this Link is OoT link resurrected. It takes place in the downfall timeline where link was defeated in OoT and takes place before ALttP.

Adore everything they've shown... just hoping for more "Temple Items" or whatever you'd call them; the Hookshot, Bombs etc I hope all make a return as collecting that stuff was always very exciting.
Getting new weapons and things of that nature is really cool and a great addition, but nothing beats the excitement of getting the clawshot and the Boomerang halfway through a temple;p

They need to change the eating system it's making it way too easy. Instead of eating from a paused menu they should have it mapped to a button so that enemies can still attack you while you eat

I agree man. I'm really liking where this game is heading but I hope there's more difficulty levels where enemies are more aggressive and they throw things like that at you.
or maybe they could leave it in the menu but add an eating animation.
theTYTAN3 Yeah an eating animation or a cool down would really up the difficulty, this game's pretty combat-centric and I think the ability to spam more health whenever you make a mistake kind of ruins the panic and immersion. For example other zeldas have done it really well with the fairy in a bottle animation and dark souls did the same with the estus flasks.

Yeah, I was thinking Link ought to get some sort of power up before being able to climb, or least before being able to climb so steeply, especially up ice. I mean sometimes I often don't clearly see handholds/footrests when he climbs. With ice, that is slicker than greased owl dookie. I know there is some time before release for tweaks....

Tweaks? I doubt they'll change this mechanic at all. Tweaks mean changing level of weapon damage/durability,etc. This is just the thing that replaces Link's bag of holding in the "doesn't make sense" department.
As for Link's bag of holding, the Sheikah slate is a very interesting replacement, though, it's literally just a tablet phone. They're not fooling anybody with it.

Needs more variety in enemies. And climbing should involve gear like grapple hook or rope for getting out of traps. I know it's kinda cliche nowadays but maybe Link can train to do some parkour after joining ninja or thief clan and obtain to make easier too?
