#Replay Hey everyone!👋🏻👋🏻 Was busy over the weekend. Our 38th wedding anniversary was Sunday. So my hubby planned our weekend 😁 We had a FANTASTIC weekend! I hope all of you ladies/gentlemen had a great weekend! Much love to all!
Yes I am very interested. I think like myself there are plenty of us trying to figure diabetes out. No one in my family is diabetic and I will admit Idk a thing about this disease. So yes mam I’m interested. TY 😊
We're twins 😊 we have the same starting weight. I'm feeling inspired by you to try to get healthier. One of my favorite snacks is chocolate covered pretzels and I am out of control with them. I know it's going to be tough. I'm going to begin by cutting out junk food (pretzels) and breads completely. I know I will feel much better and enjoy life more if I begin eating healthier and moving more. Ty for inspiring me Missy. Sorry I have missed the past couple lives but I always catch you on the replay!❤
I'm only 30 minutes into this live replay, and I am pissed for you, Missy! If my Dr.'s can't be open honest and upfront with me, trust me when I say...1 of 2 things are going to happen...either we have a deep and honest conversation and telling me EVERYTHING THAT I NEED TO KNOW, or I am changing Dr.'s ASAP. IT'S CRAZY that your Dr. isn't telling you everything
Oh I'm pissed for sure! I still don't have all my lab results! I have no clue what my thyroid levels are this time. They actually sent a refill for my thyroid meds while I was sitting in the exam room without them knowing what the results were going to be. I was livid!
@@FromtheHoller I just know that you were! I have SEVERE Rheumatoid Arthritis, so severe that I had no choice but to medically retire from work, 10 years ago🤬...I have fought for 8 years against having a hip replacement done(stupid on my part!!), because I have had more surgeries than I cared to have. And then in 2018, I literally dropped dead in my home, from a massive heart attack! VERY SADLY & UNFORTUNATELY, I went down in front of one of our daughters and she had to perform CPR. It is by GOD'S GRACE and hers and my PHENOMENAL Cardiologist, that I am still here!!! The Cardiologist worked on me for 3 1/2 hours. I don't really know much about that day or weeks afterward. I spent 3 weeks completely sedated and a total of 32 days in the CCU!! I have only been told bits and pieces, here and there. I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to talk to our daughter about that day! She suffers PTSD trauma from what she seen and had to endure with her Momma! But, my hip is so bad, from the RA, that it has been bone on bone for at least 7 of those 10 years. And don't you know, just as soon as I get the nerve up to do the surgery, this past April, my husband's company decided to close the Indy plant, where we live! Through me out of Health Ins.! He is a vet, so he can go to the VA. But he went to work straight away, so he has coverage. I FINALLY got Medicare started last week! Yay me! But my Rheumatologist is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I ADORE her! We have deep conversations constantly about my health. And I have to get labs done every 3 months, due to meds I take. And she is right on top of me and all of my results! I love it!
It is against federal law to get kick backs. However years ago when the pharmaceutical sales rep came to talk up their meds they would give you tickets to concerts or sports events. My son got to go to some big concert because his friend’s father was an allergist who was given tickets.
Primary care doctors and IM doctors think they can handle this stuff. It is best to see a specialist, an endocrinologist for your thyroid and diabetes. Fine tuning thyroid meds can be challenging for some patients.

Am i the only person who loves celery? I can eat it on its own. I also make an amazing celery soup but nobody else will touch it. 😂
